Welcome to my blog.

Hello Holozing community, I'm excited to participate again in this new contest called Zingtober, where this time it's about the word deer. For this day, I wanted to reinterpret Shinaara, as I feel she's the most suitable for this opportunity.
The first thing I decided to do was work with a monochromatic palette in soft tones because I feel it provides a sense of calm. Shinaara's body, with its interplay of light colors and shadows, makes it seem as if it's the only light around her. This makes her look like a creature born from the forest itself. The grayish and white colors convey an incredible tranquility to me. I feel it pairs very well with Shinaara, as it moves away from the strong colors typical of magical creatures.
As for the eyes, I wanted them to look large because I feel that's what stands out the most. I also did them in light tones, thus capturing attention and conveying innocence. The softness of the colors in her fur and face allows other parts of her body, such as the flowery antlers and the background, to shine without one overpowering the other.
The background I chose is more than just a backdrop; it gives depth to the drawing. The trees and magical sparkles create a magical atmosphere, as Shinaara finds herself in a special forest. I liked the choice to keep the background in the same monochromatic range because I feel it matches the colors I used for Shinaara and allows her to blend in with the surroundings, giving her more beauty.
I wanted this background to be more than just decorative; it's not just an ordinary forest, but a place where time seems to stand still, where magic is subtle and silent. Shinaara is just resting, as if nothing were happening, just herself with the surroundings. All of this, at least to me, gives me peace, and it shows how calm and tranquil Shinaara is.
One of the most beautiful details, and one that I feel stands out, are the antlers. This gives Shinaara a more special touch of nature. The antlers, which normally represent strength, here become branches where beautiful flowers bloom, bringing beauty.
I feel the delicate and well-positioned flowers add a lot of beauty to the monochromatic palette. Although they don't have strong colors, their shape and placement make them stand out and seem part of Shinaara's energy. They appear to be in full bloom, which shows how Shinaara is in a moment of peace and complete tranquility.
I feel these flowers could represent Shinaara's ability to heal the forest, or her life energy itself. This is a symbol that, although her appearance is serene, her power is constantly growing.
The magical sparkles surrounding Shinaara highlight her even more. These are not mere decorations, but rather a representation of how pure Shinaara is in this gloomy forest.
I wanted Shinaara to look calm, so I chose the pose she's in. This makes her look calm, but also attentive. She's not just calm, she's also attentive to her surroundings.
