Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de front lever. hoy fui al metropolitano junto a mi amigo Juan hoy nos enfocamos touch de front lever y lo que son la pull ups comenzamos calentando bien el cuerpo ya que me sentía muy frio luego de eso comenzamos la rutina que tenía preparada hoy ya que se venía un poco más fuerte. Nos colocamos la banda elástica para hacer activación de touch solamente realizamos 2 series 5 segundo luego 2 series más sin banda elástica en esta serie pude durar un aproximado de 5 a 7 segundos descansando 3 minutos . Realicé máximo de segundo este caso pude durar 6 segundos aguantando front lever con agarré falso. Una de las cosas que también aprovecharé ya que mi amigo Juan se pudo traer algunos discos para enlazando en los últimos básicos que realizaremos para el front lever. Luego bajé de una progresión menos avanzada que sería half realicé 4 series de press de 15 repeticiones . Para finalizar realicé dominada con 40 kg mi máximo fueron de 10 repeticiones de 3 series y también realicé fondos con 40 kg en los fondos pude realizar con facilidad 20 fondos. Today I went to the subway with my friend Juan, today we focused on front lever touch and pull ups. We started by warming up the body well since I was feeling very cold. After that, we started the routine that I had prepared today since it was coming a little stronger. We put on the elastic band to do touch activation, we only did 2 sets of 5 seconds, then 2 more sets without an elastic band. In this series, I was able to last approximately 5 to 7 seconds, resting for 3 minutes. I did a maximum of a second, in this case I was able to last 6 seconds holding the front lever with a false grip. One of the things that I will also take advantage of since my friend Juan was able to bring some discs to link in the last basics that we will do for the front lever. Then I went down from a less advanced progression, which would be half, and did 4 sets of 15 repetitions press. To finish, I did a pull-up with 40 kg. My maximum was 10 reps of 3 sets.
