Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC ¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de planch hoy fui al metropolitano con mi querido amigo fiel Juan antes de comenzar estuve haciendo varios giro de 360 para ir calentando mi cuerpo 10 muscle up luego comenzamos la rutina como tal , comenzando con lean planch 4 segundos más 5 press realizamos 4 series de 10 repeticiones descanso 4 minutos. Para luego hacer press de ranita avanzada aguando la negativa realizamos 3 series de 5 intento descanso 3 minutos entre series lean planch stradlle con flexiones 3 series de 10 repeticiones y la última de 15 descanso 3 minutos. Luego me puse hacer intento de hefesto ya que lo subo pero siento voy inadecuado para hacerlo. Luego fundos en tuck 3 series de 5 repeticiones la última la hice de 15 ya que no me cuesta los fondos de tuck planch. Luego para finalizar la rutina realizamos unos bueno básicos para la planch 10 muscle up, 10 fondos en las barra 10 dominadas. Espero que hayan disfrutado la publicación del día de hoy. Today I went to the subway with my dear friend Juan. Before starting, I did several 360 turns to warm up my body, 10 muscle ups, then we started the routine as such, starting with lean planch for 4 seconds plus 5 presses, we did 4 sets of 10 repetitions, rest for 4 minutes. Then I did advanced frog press, holding the negative, we did 3 sets of 5 attempts, rest for 3 minutes between sets, lean planch straight with push-ups, 3 sets of 10 repetitions, and the last one of 15, rest for 3 minutes. Then I started to try the hephaestus since I am increasing it but I feel inadequate to do it. Then I did 3 sets of 5 repetitions in tuck, the last one I did was 15 since I do not find it difficult to do the tuck planch funds.
