Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de freestyle y básicos con mi amigo Juan y Maikol nosotros llegamos un poco más tarde porque Maikol ya estaba casi terminando , yo estuve calentando para hacer algunos combos depende si me salían o no pero lo importante es lograrlo. El primer combo que pude realizar 360 muscle up olímpico, stradlle y por último segundo de front lever. Luego descanse para hacer pino y negativa de plancha me salió negativa de full planch pero aún me falta quemarla en la postura correcta. Poco a poco vamos logrando los resultados . Luego continuamos con los combos este combo solo incluí 360 y doble porque ya estaba un poco cansando y la manos me dolían de tanto jalar la barra. Luego Maikol y yo comenzamos a realizar un circuito de series de muscle up y dominadas y terminamos con Flexiones en pica 3 series de 10 repeticiones cada una y descansó 4 minutos. We arrived a little later because Maikol was almost finishing. I was warming up to do some combos, depending on whether I could do them or not, but the important thing is to achieve them. The first combo I was able to perform was an Olympic 360 muscle up, a straight pull, and finally a second of front lever. Then I rested to do a handstand and a planch negative. I did a full planch negative, but I still need to burn it out in the correct posture. Little by little we are achieving results. Then we continued with the combos. In this combo I only included the 360 and double because I was already a little tired and my hands hurt from pulling the bar so much. Then Maikol and I began to do a circuit of muscle up and pull-up series and finished with pike push-ups, 3 sets of 10 repetitions each, and rested for 4 minutes. I hope you enjoyed today's post.
