Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC ¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de básicos de planch hoy fui al metropolitano junto a un amigo Juan. Hicimos una buena rutina de front lever y básico , comenzamos calentando con estiramiento y dominadas luego comenzamos. 5 segundos de front lever más 5 press una negativas aguantando segundos . Siguientes ejercicios de front lever realizamos 3 series de negativas de touch aguantado los más que se pueda fueron 4 intento touch. Siguiente ejercicio push de front lever 4 series de 10 repeticiones. Luego le sumamos unas 10 repeticiones de push con banda elástica para quemar el movimiento. luego para finalizar hicimos básicos de espalda y enfocado touch comenzamos con 10 muscle up, y 10 dominadas abiertas, 10 normales, 10 cerrada 10 en supinas. Today I want to share with you about my planch basics workout. Today I went to the subway with a friend, Juan. We did a good front lever and basic routine. We started by warming up with stretching and pull-ups, then we began. 5 seconds of front lever plus 5 presses with one negative, holding for 2 seconds. The following front lever exercises included 3 sets of touch negatives, holding as long as possible, with 4 attempts at touch. Then we did a front lever push: 4 sets of 10 reps. Then we added 10 reps of push-ups with an elastic band to burn off the movement. Then, to finish, we did back basics and focused touch. We started with 10 muscle-ups, 10 open pull-ups, 10 normal pull-ups, 10 closed pull-ups, and 10 supinated pull-ups. We performed 3 sets of 10 reps, resting for 4 minutes between sets.
