Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de planch. hoy fui al metropolitano con mi fieles amigos Juan y yohendry mientras tanto mi amigo Juan y yo había llegando primero que yohendry. Nos pusimos a calentar súper bien Ya que hoy tocará planchita que íbamos a realizar 3 x 3 de press, flexiones y aguante. Yo comencé calentando con varios front lever en varias progresiones como front lever white, sat front lever algunos 180 para dale movilidad a mi cuerpo. Bueno ya después que él llegó comenzó a calentar para comenzar el 3 por 3 realizar la rutina primero 2 press 2 segundo de aguante y 2 flexiones de tuck. Luego de eso mi querido amigo Juan hizo una presa dedos primera vez que lo hace y me quedó muy impresionado ya que ha mejorado mucho en la plancha. Y hoy puedo decir que ha ganado mucha fuerza con nuestros entrenamientos tanto hoy pudo hacer 3 x 3 conmigo realmente lo pudo realizar con buena posturas buena limpieza. Es un chico que realmente promete lo que dice . Siguiente ejercicio que realizamos fue 3 series de 10 repeticiones de lean planch. para finalizar la rutina realizamos 3 series de flexiones de pino de 4 repeticiones y flexiones lean planch.
