¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de combos de freestyle y planchita. hoy nos dirigimos al metropolitano a donde íbamos realizar uno combos dinámico y estatico. Bueno comenzamos a calentar con banda elástica ya que tenía una molestia en los dolsales y hombro ya que era un dolor intermitente. Realicé 2 series de aguante de pino de 5 segundos ⏱️ mi primer combo era 180 luego stradlle y front lever ya después me sentía como que cansado y no aguantaba la stradlle con buena postura y front lever me dolió los dolsales. Luego de eso quise intentar agarrar 360 pero no me daba mucho la confianza me sentía que giraba muy lento y miraba hacia abajo cada vez que buscaba la barra pero noté que sí corregí uno de los errores que cometía. Era a la hora de girar agrupadas las piernas y no terminaba de girar. El segundo intento que hice esta vez caía más cerca de la barra. Pero ya la verdad me sentía con las manos que se me iban a romper. Quise darle el último intento ya que quería realizar algunas presas y tuck avanzado a ver cómo me sentía. Luego agarré mucho más impulso para dar el giro lo pude agarrar pero lo solté. Y me dolió poco las muñecas al momento de girar me la golpe pero valió la pena porque lo pude agarrar. Luego de eso hice 3 presas para ver cómo me sentía y noté que estaba tirando tuck avanzado sin tenerlo pues con buena postura además veo que estado ganando fuerza para tuck avanzado eso me alegra mucho. Today we're headed to the subway where we were going to do some dynamic and static combos. Well, we started warming up with an elastic band since I was having discomfort in my back and shoulder since it was an intermittent pain. I did 2 sets of handstand holds for 5 seconds ⏱️ My first combo was a 180, then a strap and front lever. After that, I felt like I was tired and couldn't hold the strap with good posture. The front lever hurt my back. After that, I wanted to try a 360, but I didn't have much confidence. I felt like I was turning too slowly and looked down every time I reached for the bar. However, I noticed that I did correct one of the mistakes I was making. It was when I was turning my legs together and I didn't fully turn. The second attempt I made, this time I landed closer to the bar. But the truth is, my hands felt like they were going to break. I wanted to give it one last try, since I wanted to do some advanced holds and tucks to see how it felt. Then I gained a lot more momentum to do the turn. I was able to catch it, but I let go. My wrists hurt a little when I hit it as I turned, but it was worth it because I was able to catch it. After that, I did 3 holds to see how I felt, and I noticed I was pulling an advanced tuck without having it. With good posture, I also see that I've been gaining strength for an advanced tuck, which makes me very happy. I hope you enjoyed today's post.
