Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de hefesto . Hoy nos dirigimos al metropolitano donde siempre nos reunimos para entrenar. Ya que tenía mucho tiempo sin practicar hefesto hoy solo me dedicaría a eso comenzamos a calentar como siempre de realizar cualquier estático. Con la banda elástica comenzamos a calentar muy bien esos bíceps hicimos dominada en su pino para ir activando. Comenzamos primeramente con hefesto asistido 4 series de 4 repeticiones descansamos máximo 4 o 5 minutos . Luego negativa y positiva de hefesto 3 series de 5 repeticiones . Luego con banda elástica realizamos pull ups de hefesto asistido. Hoy estaba bastantemente aliviado de los dolores ya me sentía un poco mejor y un poco ligero ya que no me atreví a hacer ni fron mi plancha hasta el lunes ya que me iba a dedicar a entrenar fuertemente lo básico. Luego para finalizar el entrenamiento realicé varios aguantes de balance ya que mi segundo objetivo sería sacar el pino a una mano ya que ese es muy llamativo a la hora de una combinación. Today we are heading to the subway where we always meet to train. Since it had been a long time since I practiced Hephaestus, today I would only dedicate myself to that. We began warming up as always with any static exercise. With the elastic band we began to warm up those biceps very well, we did pull-ups in their handstand to activate them. We started first with assisted Hephaestus 4 sets of 4 repetitions, resting a maximum of 4 or 5 minutes. Then we did negative and positive Hephaestus 3 sets of 5 repetitions. Then with an elastic band we performed assisted Hephaestus pull-ups. Today I was quite relieved from the pain, I already felt a little better and a little light since I did not dare to do even my plank until Monday since I was going to dedicate myself to training the basics hard.
