Muy buenas a todos amigos de Full Deportes y Hive blog Hoy queria mostrarles o mejor dicho comentarles como es este entrenamiento que estoy haciendo para animarme a participar en una competencia de sets and reps que la verdad seria mi primera vez compitiendo en una ya que yo destaco en competencias de free pero me ando animamdo a poner a prueba mi resistencia y fuerza.

Aqui les dejo lo que hice en total, no es la rutina que va a estar en la competencia pero es muy parecida, todo esto hay que hacerlo con tiempo y la verdad me costo muchisimo y al finalizar estaba super cansado literalmente me faltaba el aire y no tenia fuerza ni para levantar mi pote con agua, imagenense y es una rutina para principiante, la finalice con 2:50 lo cual creo que no esta bien pero tampoco mal, algo que no me gusto es que se usa peso en los ejercicios de pierna pero al no tenerlo me toco hacerlo libre.

La verdad me parece asombroso esta forma de entrenar ya que de verdad es llevar tu cuarpo al limite y trabajar en fallo muscular en todo momento, tus tiempos de descanso son minimos y tienes que saber que ritmo hacer todo para ahorrar energia, realmente es algo impresionante y solo imaginar que es un entrenamiento de principiante me hace explotar la cabeza, al igual que el tener control de tu respiracion para no sentirte mal, no se... son tantas cosas que simplemente me hace admirar tanto a las personas que compiten en este tipo de eventos y eso que es una competencia de calistenia imaginense si es de crossfit donde se usa mas peso.
The truth I find amazing this way of training as it really is to take your body to the limit and work on muscle failure at all times, your rest times are minimal and you have to know what pace to do everything to save energy, it really is something impressive and just imagine that it is a beginner training makes my head explode, as well as having control of your breathing to not feel bad, I do not know ... are so many things that just makes me admire so much to people competing in this type of events and that is a calisthenics competition imagine if it is a crossfit where you use more weight.

Algo que he podido notar tambien este tiempo es como mi cuarto se adapto mcho al estimulo y creci notoriamente muscularmente, tengo mucha mas resistencia obviamente y gane mucha fuerza al igual que recupere mucho dominio de mi peso corporal al igual que he podido aprender mucho sobre este tipo de conocimiento.
Something that I have also noticed during this time is that my room has adapted a lot to the stimulation and I have grown a lot more muscular, I have a lot more stamina obviously and I have gained a lot of strength as well as regained a lot of control of my body weight and I have been able to learn a lot about this type of knowledge.
