There is nothing much that can actually happen if the world should freeze for an hour and I am the only one left standing, during that short time I believe all I would do is to meditate and enjoy the peace and quiet of that moment.
Normally, I am an introvert who enjoys her privacy and loves to spend quality time alone in a quiet space. In other words, I enjoy spaces such as a chapel, my room, a library or a spacious garden where its scenery is filled with natural resources like trees, birds and so on. In other words, freezing for an hour would mean absolutely nothing to me because it would just feel like a normal occasion that I have experienced before.
So, if time froze for an hour and I'm the only one moving, I would just take it as an opportunity to reflect upon my life endeavors and career in peace. I would see it as a deafening silence from all the distractions and noise that the world has to offer.
Normally, we all know that noise pollution is one thing that is common in our daily life encounter because no matter how hard you try to focus in an environment, we still face certain kinds of distractions such as social media, people talking, traffic, TV, loud music, background movement, generators, vehicles, bikes,Daydreaming or overthinking, worry, stress, anxiety weather etc.
The moment time freezes it would mean a complete peace for the next one hour and it would be something to be treasured forever. I would meditate and use the opportunity to offer silent prayers for issues affecting me because I would believe that my prayers would go straight to God's ears without distraction. The moment gives me a reason to think deeply about my life choices.
In conclusion, I value peace and quiet, hence experience that rare occasions would be a privilege and a moment I would never forget.
