As a human being living in a world that is corrupt and laddened with so much sadness, poverty and sickness I always ensure to live a grateful living by practicing what my faith teaches me. Living a healthy and peaceful life can be underated until you encounter difficulties that ae6way beyond you and would want to make you give up on life. Some people are oblivious of the grace they are enjoying because they careless about what the future holds.
I watched a short video on social media that clearly describes how life can be funny and how we should be contented and grateful for what we own and have. In the video that I watched it's about how a man was driving a Mercedes-Benz and was admiring and wishing that he owned a g-wagon, again someone admire demands Mercedes-Benz while driving a Camry and wished it could own that, another person who was driving a bike wished it could own at least a Camry, in the same sense, someone driving a bicycle wished it could at least own a bike. It did not just end there but a kid who was driving his toy scooter made with wood stood in admiration of the boy with a bicycle wishing he could own one.
As you can see from the short description above it goes to show that most people are not contented with what they have but what they do not know is that they could be better than the other person next to them. This is why I appreciate god for everything that I am and I do not take it for granted to always say thank you Lord for all that I am and are.
I practice a grateful living by appreciating god for the gift of life, water, air, shelter, food, money, going out and coming in. It may seem easy but most of these thing are what money cannot buy, and even if money can buy them it means you would squander all your life savings treating sicknesses.
I was at the hospital today and I experienced a tragic situation where a woman came to the maternity word to have a baby and ended up having a steel birth. Why it was so sad for the family because the had wanted to have a child so desperately and other woman out there was given birth yearly without having to struggle for it. But the issue was that, the woman is is blessed was being careless about the welfare of the children.
In all that we do, we should Endeavor to be grateful God and the people around us.
