My country Nigeria is so blessed and greatly creative in the sense that we can improvise with whatever we see around and it will end up because something delicious and exciting. It's the green season in Nigeria and we are enjoying the benefits of the rainy season as it allows us to grow our vegetables and eat healthy meals again.

Just the other day i took a stroll around my backyard and i could only Marvel at the beautiful site of nature that I encountered. Most of the plants there where either vegetables or healthy meals that are organic and have not been tampered with by using chemicals or whatever to grow them. In our contemporary world, most of our foods has become artificial rather than organic as they are grown with as efficient nutrients to make them grow fast and bigger.

When I also went to the market, i noticed that they were different kinds of vegetables that are nutritious for the body such as EFO tete, ugu, soko, worowo, utazi etc. I have been taken advantage of this season because these vegetables are cheaper during the rainy season than the dry season when they become scarce to harvest.

We are always advised to add vegetables to our meals so as to gain certain nutrients and vitamins such as a, b, c, E, k, b12 and so on. Adding vegetables to our meals help to fight against diseases that affects our health and ability to be productive. These veggies contain nutrients that keeps us away from the hospital and makes us grow strong and healthy

From the pictures posted above we can see that everything grown is healthy because they are natural and organic. When we use these vegetables to make soups they are delicious and nutritious at the same time. It only requires a steaming and you are good to go.

One of the healthiest ways I enjoy eating my vegetable is by making it into a sauce with some extra natural ingredients such as tomatoes and ball peppers. When you mix them together and cook appropriately, the result will be amazing and it can be paired with rice, spaghetti, swallow and so on.

I urge people to take advantage of the season to enjoy the goodness of nature that it has to offer before things get extremely expensive and scarce.
