¡Un cordial saludo, amigos de Liketu, hoy traigo para ustedes unas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de Estáticos de Empuje que realicé en el parque Bolívar, ubicado en mi municipio. Este día quise hacer algo nuevo y diferente para cambiar mi estilo de entrenamiento en un nuevo lugar, ya que se encontraba el clima muy soleado y para sentirme más cómodo, decidí realizar mi sesión de entreno en un lugar fresco y con sombra.  > A cordial greeting, friends of Liketu, today I bring you some photographs of my Static Push training that I did in Bolívar Park, located in my municipality. This day I wanted to do something new and different to change my training style in a new place, since the weather was very sunny and to feel more comfortable, I decided to do my training session in a cool and shady place. --- ---      Al llegar  a eso delas 4 de la tarde me encontré con un lugar bastante transitado por lo que al comienzo me sentía algo incómodo, ya que en mi pueblo no están acostumbrados a ver este deporte y mucho menos a un atleta haciendo calistenia sin camisa; sin embargo, después de un previo calentamiento tuve la confianza de realizar mis primeros ejercicios de parada de mano y luego realizar 4 series de Press de plancha para fortalecer la palanca del estático logrando el objetivo de grabar este elemento para saber si lo estaba realizando bien o mal. Algo que tengo en cuenta es que cada intento es una observación constructiva y todo, lo realizo a través de cada grabación, ya que algo que sí he aprendido de este deporte es que no hay  mejor corrección que la personal. >When I arrived at about 4 in the afternoon I found a fairly busy place so at first I felt a bit uncomfortable, since in my town they are not used to seeing this sport and much less an athlete doing calisthenics without a shirt; however, after a previous warm-up I had the confidence to do my first handstand exercises and then do 4 sets of Plank Press to strengthen the static lever achieving the goal of recording this element to know if I was doing it well or badly.
