After several attempts, I managed to stay in position without falling, even repeating the exercise several times. --- ---      Cada día en mis entrenos suelo usar este ejercicio para calentar, y fortalecer mi balance, realizando siempre unas 4-5 series para conseguir más dominio día tras día. Hoy actualmente me siento muy cómodo con lo que he podido lograr con este ejercicio, y por eso vengo a compartirles estas increíbles fotografías, donde les dejo reflejado el trabajo de la constancia y la disciplina. >Every day in my training I usually use this exercise to warm up, and strengthen my balance, always doing about 4-5 sets to get more mastery day after day.
