     Saludos a todos, espero que estén bien. Hoy quiero contarles sobre un entrenamiento que hice y que me dejó una gran lección. Ese día se fue la luz y el plan se alargó más de lo normal, pero aun así no me rendí. Seguí adelante porque cuando uno quiere mejorar, no importa si las cosas se ponen difíciles, lo importante es no parar. >Greetings everyone, I hope you're all well. Today I want to tell you about a workout I did that taught me a great lesson. That day the power went out, and the plan took longer than usual, but I still didn't give up. I kept going because when you want to improve, it doesn't matter if things get difficult; the important thing is not to stop. --- ---      Para este entrenamiento usé una banda elástica, que me ayudó a ponerle más resistencia a cada ejercicio. Comencé con básicos como dominadas, fondos y flexiones para calentar bien los músculos. Después pasé a trabajar los progresos de tuck, que fue lo más fuerte de la rutina. En cada repetición traté de cuidar la postura, mantener el abdomen firme y no soltar el control del movimiento. >For this workout, I used an elastic band, which helped me add more resistance to each exercise. I started with basics like pull-ups, dips, and push-ups to warm up my muscles. Then I moved on to working on the tuck, which was the toughest part of the routine. With each repetition, I tried to maintain my posture, keep my core firm, and maintain control of the movement. --- ---      Aunque el entrenamiento fue más largo por la falta de luz, eso no me desanimó. Al contrario, me motivó a terminarlo con más ganas, porque sé que en cada sesión que termino, por más dura que sea, estoy un paso más cerca de mis metas.
