Un entrenamiento intenso en el municipio de Michelena [ESP/ENG]

     Hola, ¿qué tal? Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC y miembros Hivers. En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes unas imágenes cargadas de energía que tomé en el municipio de Michelena, junto a mis amigos, donde pudimos darlo todo en el área de los estáticos. Más que un simple entrenamiento, fue un encuentro de amigos en el que compartimos anécdotas, formas de entrenar y, sobre todo, la motivación que se vivió en la casa de mi amigo @mclionblack-sw fue unica. Para mí, además de ser un nuevo lugar donde pude explotar mis habilidades, fue increíble disfrutar del material que él tiene, desde sus barras hasta sus paralelas, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. >Hello, how are you? This time, I want to share with you some energetic images I took in the municipality of Michelena, with my friends, where we were able to give it our all in the static area. More than just a workout, it was a gathering of friends where we shared anecdotes, training methods, and, above all, the motivation experienced at my friend @mclionblack-sw's house was unique. For me, besides being a new place where I could develop my skills, it was incredible to enjoy the equipment he has, from his bars to his parallel bars, which made the experience even better. --- ---       Aparte de entrenar, nos reunimos para conversar sobre el proyecto Hive, resolver dudas e inquietudes acerca del entrenamiento y del ecosistema, buscando así unir a todos los chicos de ese municipio para seguir creciendo no solo como atletas o deportistas, sino también como parte de un mismo movimiento que sigue creciendo en todo el Estado. Durante la tarde nos enfocamos en intentos combinados de plancha y front lever, llegando hasta llegar a romper los límites en la mala forma. La sensación fue muy buena y la motivación estuvo a tope, ya que al incorporar participantes de varios municipios, todos querían demostrar lo que tenían y dar lo mejor de sí mismos. >Aside from training, we met to talk about the Hive project, answer questions and concerns about training and the ecosystem, seeking to unite all the kids in that municipality to continue growing not only as athletes or sportspeople, but also as part of a movement that continues to grow throughout the state. During the afternoon, we focused on combined plank and front lever attempts, even pushing the limits of poor form. The feeling was great, and motivation was at its peak, as participants from several municipalities joined, and everyone wanted to show off their skills and give their all. --- ---      En lo personal, me quedo con la energía y las ganas de volver, Pero sobre todo estar nuevamente con cada uno de los presentes. Estos momentos nos recuerdan que el deporte no solo es fuerza física, sino también unión, disciplina y amistad.
