Espero que se encuentren de maravilla. Hoy quiero compartirles un vistazo de lo que fue mi entrenamiento durante toda la semana pasada. Junto a mi amigo @edusw y otros miembros del equipo, llevamos a cabo diversas rutinas enfocadas en fortalecer tanto nuestros movimientos básicos como nuestros estáticos.

Hey there, Hivers and Hive Calisthenics crew
Hope you’re all doing awesome. Last week, I wanted to share a little bit of what my training looked like. I teamed up with my buddy @edusw and some other teammates, and we tackled a bunch of routines to keep working on our basics and static moves.
The week was all about balance, explosiveness, and most of all lots of patience. Bit by bit, we’re getting closer to smashing our goals.
