Hola amigos de 3SPEAK Y HCALISTHENICS, espero se encuentren bien y tengan una excelente semana.

Hoy viernes les traigo un nuevo video de mi progreso en la bailarina o dragón 360, a una semana de haberlo sacado y con ganas de seguirlo mejorando; progrese mucho en comparación a los 3 primero dias que la practique. Aunque aun tengo un poco de fallas al tratar de agarrarme, ya tengo una variación del giro que lo hace ver ya como un swing 360 habitual ya que no uso el agarre mixto que caracteriza el truco.

Para finalizar y se que no escribí tanto, quiero decir, que toda esta preparación es por un bien mayor; Aunque ya no vea el freestyle y los dinámicos como antes, no puedo dejar perder el potencial que tengo para hacerlo tampoco la habilidad que tengo para dominarlos.

Today Friday I bring you a new video of my progress in the Dancer or Dragon 360, a week after taking it out and wanting to keep improving it, I have progressed a lot compared to the first 3 days I practiced it. Although I still have a few mistakes when trying to hold on, I already have a variation of the turn that makes it look like a regular 360, since I don't use the mixed grip that characterizes the trick.

Finally, and I know I haven't written that much, I want to say that all this preparation is for the greater good; even if I don't see the freestyle and the dynamics as I used to, I can't let go of the potential I have to do them, nor the ability I have to master them.
