I'm trying to catch up on the different versions of the Legal Wall de Rouen in Montreal. Today, we begin to discover the two walls that make up this viaduct, painted during the first weekend of August. As always, there's a bit of everything, because everyone is welcome to come and paint every day of the week.
J'essaye de rattraper mon retard sur les différentes versions du Mur Légal de Rouen à Montréal. Aujourd'hui, nous commençons à découvrir les deux murs qui composent ce viaduc peints lors du premier weekend d'aout. Comme toujours, on retrouve de tout car tout le monde a le droit de venir peindre chaque jour de la semaine.

The Legal Wall de Rouen is located on de Rouen street at railway level in Montreal's Hochelaga Maisonneuve district, a landmark for StreetArt in the city since 2010.
Le Mur Légal de Rouen se trouve sur le rue de Rouen au niveau de la voie de chemin de fer dans le quartier Hochelaga Maisonneuve à Montréal, un lieu emblématique du StreetArt en ville depuis 2010.

After several weeks of resistance, Doctor Doom by Kaos and the lettering by Wolf were tagged. You can see the original artwork in the post StreetArt #827 on the Legal Wall de Rouen on July 22. Given its quality, it remained intact for several days. I like this notion of respect.
Après plusieurs semaines à avoir résistée, Doctor Doom de Kaos et le lettrage de Wolf ont été tagguée. Vous pouvez voir l'oeuvre à son origine dans le post StreetArt #827 le Mur Légal de Rouen le 22 juillet. Vu la qualité, elle est restée intacte plusieurs jours, j'aime cette notion de respect.
Next to it, inside the viaduct, is a new crow made by Syrup aka Gabriel Lenfest, who is often seen painting birds. He was accompanied by Aldarwin with his biomorphic monsters. But a silver tag arrived before me with my camera 😀.
A côté, à l'intérieur du Viaduc, il s'agit d'un nouveau corbeau fait par Syrup aka Gabriel Lenfest, souvent présent peignant souvent des oiseaux. Il était accompagné de Aldarwin avec ses monstres biomorphiques. Mais un tag argenté est arrivé avant moi avec mon appareil photo 😀.
In the middle of the first wall, two very clean silver letters on a light green background were done by two unknown artists. As usual, if you have an idea about the authors or even if you can decipherer, don't hesitate to leave a comment.
Au milieu du premier mur, deux lettrages argentés très propre sur un léger fond vert ont été réalisés par deux artistes inconnus. Comme d'habitude, si vous avez une idée sur les auteurs ou même si vous réussissez à déchiffrer, n'hésitez pas à laisser un commentaire.
As always, we finish the first wall under the watchful eye of Mr Can Do It, with lettering below surrounded by funny fish. They are perfect for this Halloween evening. Again, I don't know the name of the artist* 😞.
Nous terminons comme toujours le premier mur sous l'oeil bienveillant de Mr Can Do It, avec en dessous un lettrage entouré de drôle de poissons. Ils sont parfait pour cette soirée d'Halloween. Là non plus, je ne sais pas le nom de l'artiste 😞.
We cross the de Rouen street to admire this superb lettering of Sener with the characters Sane made the previous week (StreetArt #829). A lot of work on these letters, especially in terms of filling. A success...

As we return under the viaduct, a new bird awaits us followed by Magic lettering. No idea about the artist but during the month of July and August many artists pass through Montreal who take advantage of the city and its walls.
En rentrant sous le viaduc, un nouvel oiseau nous attend suivi d'un lettrage Magic. Aucune idée sur l'artiste mais pendant le mois de juillet et aout beaucoup d'artistes de passage par Montréal qui profite de la ville et de ses murs.
We end our tour of the Legal Wall de Rouen with these two letterings in two different styles. But both are well done with the same color palette. I like the whole thing. I hope you enjoyed this visit to this permanent open-air museum. I wish you a wonderful weekend and a happy Halloween.
