It turned out great! I'm sure it'll look fantastic in your new house. But that hassle with the neighbors, well, you have to get used to that. It's a difference. I don't know if you're an early bird, but I know my partner and I always have to remind ourselves that we can't start sawing at 8 a.m. on weekends. We only have one neighbor close enough to be bothered by our activities, but given our experiences with the neighbor who used to live next door, we're extra careful. We don't have any problems with this neighbor, but my partner would still consider it a blessing to have no neighbors at all. He can't imagine anything being so wonderful that you'd give up the freedom of having no neighbors for it.
