Tuburan District 1 Kumustahan And Wellness Day

 Tuburan District I which our school belongs held a recent **"Kumustahan And Wellness Day"** it aims to foster camaraderie among all the schools under Tuburan District I. Tuburan, the town where our school is situated has two districts, the Tuburan District I and the Tuburan District II. Each school has to set up booths which showcases each school's instructional materials and respective strands offered. Our school, Tuburan National High School offers Technical Vocational Livelihood Strand, Shielded Metal Arc Welding Strand, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Strand and Humanities and Social Science Strand. We picked some instructional materials for every strand our institution offers. **THE NIGHT BEFORE KUMUSTAHAN AND WELLNESS DAY - BEHIND THE SCENES** TRANSPORTING ALL THE NEEDED THINGS FROM OUR SCHOOL GOING TO TUBURAN COVERED COURT  My co-teacher offered help for the school to use her multicab to transport the things needed from our school going to Tuburan Covered Court. Our guidance counselor and Master Teacher I lead the designing of our booth and we helped in the process. Having such events like these is not easy and it needs a lot of helping hands.  The girl in the photo is our Master Teacher I and the man beside him is our Teacher III. The three of us worked on the letters for the school signage, we also planned to add our school logo but it has been worked on by a co-teacher of mine who ones a tarpaulin printing business.   Next, we helped out on the arrangement of flowers into the foams which we learned just tonight of the sequence of how it is being placed in order for it to look presentable and nice. The work is made more fun and easier since we also spent the time to bond and talk with my co-teachers. It was a fun and productive evening.   In this corner, some of my co-teachers pasted the students' paintings which is their output for the subject Contemporary Philippine Arts From The Regions. These outputs are hand-painted by the learners of Tuburan National High School.   Despite our business, we still never forget to pause and strike some pose.  We ended at around 12:00 am and we then head home since the program is set to begin at 8:00 am where the registration starts at 7:30 am. **TUBURAN DISTRICT I KAMUSTAHAN AND WELLNESS DAY 2025** I arrived at around 7:25 am and I looked around and took photos of other school's booths. Here are their outputs.                    I was amazed to see the booths of the schools under Tuburan District I both from Elementary and Secondary Schools. Each school showcased their instructional materials and what their school has to offer. This is the booth of our school, Tuburan National High School.           Our booth focuses mainly on our TVL Housekeeping Strand, as you can see we displayed a bed with proper beddings and so much more. We also showcased some SMAW tools and so much more. There were a lot of activities that was prepared this day and all the schools participated. It was such a fun experience being able to interact with other schools.  We bagged **FIRST PLACE** for the booth making and our sleepless night was indeed worth it. Our school principal and master teacher received the reward on behalf of our school. It made us so happy and really proud.    It is a good thing that they held events like these, where we get to socialize sometimes and get to know other co-teachers more. Ikaw, kumusta ka?
