Hola amigos de Hive, como estan? ha pasado tanto tiempo desde la ultima vez que los saludé. Exactamente un año. O casi, porque mi ultimo posteo fue el 20 de marzo. Y a partir de ahi tuve algunos cambios bastante bruscos en mi vida por lo cual ya no pude seguir activa aquí. Y sobre eso les contaré en éste post. Para ello recopilé fotos de cada mes del ultimo año para contarles detalladamente que estuve haciendo mientras me alejaba cada vez mas de Hive.
Hello Hive friends, how are you? It's been so long since I last greeted you. Exactly one year. Or almost, because my last post was on March 20. And from then on I had some pretty abrupt changes in my life, which is why I could no longer remain active here. And I will tell you about that in this post. To do this, I compiled photos from each month of the last year to tell you in detail what I was doing while I got further and further away from Hive.
Empecemos por donde me quedé, el mes de abril. Y la razon principal por la cual me fui de Hive.
Let's start where I left off, the month of April. And the main reason why I left Hive.
Durante todo el año 2022 me estuve capacitando para una disciplina que desconocia y conocí gracias a mi trabajo aqui: el marketing digital. Cuando empecé en hive descubrí que habian maneras, estrategias mejor dicho, para que tu contenido sea relevante. No se trata solo de una portada bonita, el storytelling y la estrategia de reconocimiento eran claves. Ademas, yo tengo un emprendimiento de pasteleria en el cual ya me desempeñaba como community manager sin saberlo. En la cursada nos orientaron sobre como comenzar a movernos en el mercado laboral, y así fue como llegué a Roma Nails que es una estetica de mis primas y sus hijas. Ellas necesitaban una persona encargada de las redes sociales para poner disponer al 100% de su tiempo en atender a los clientes. Asi que hicimos un arreglo de sueldo mas goce de beneficios en sus servicios. Yo encantada, por amo ir a hacerme tratamientos faciales y necesitaba practicar mis nuevos conociemientos, asi que acepté encantada. Lo que no me esperaba es que me lleve tanto de mi tiempo, por lo cual me empecé a dedicar casi a 100% a crear contenido y planificar para ellas lo cual me dejó sin tiempo de crear contenido para mi blog.
Throughout 2022 I was training for a discipline that I was unfamiliar with and learned about thanks to my work here: digital marketing. When I started at hive I discovered that there were ways, rather strategies, to make your content relevant. It's not just about a pretty cover, the storytelling and recognition strategy were key. Furthermore, I have a pastry business in which I was already working as a community manager without knowing it. In the course they guided us on how to start moving in the job market, and that's how I came to Roma Nails, which is a beauty salon owned by my cousins and their daughters. They needed a person in charge of social networks to spend 100% of their time serving customers. So we made an arrangement for salary plus benefits in their services. I was delighted, because I love going to get facial treatments and I needed to practice my new knowledge, so I was delighted to accept. What I didn't expect was that it took up so much of my time, which is why I began to dedicate myself almost 100% to creating content and planning for them, which left me without time to create content for my blog.

Luego llegó mayo, y ya tenia planes que no pensaba posponer. Ese plan, por supuesto, era viajar.

Con mi mejor amiga desde comenzamos en hive invertimos todos nuestros ingresos en viajar por nuestro pais. Estoy absolutamente agradecida de todos los lugares hermosos a los que pude acceder gracias a tener mi empleo remoto el cual me permitió viajar y ademas seguir creando contenido para compartir aquí y asi financiar el siguiente destino. Y encima compartir la experiencia con mi mejor amiga. A pesar de que ya no tenia tiempo para escribir con esa intención estuve viajando y fotografiando todo. Nos fuimos para Rio Negro y Neuquen, destinos que ya conociamos por nuestra cuenta pero que disfrutamos juntas ♥ me encanta viajar, organizar el viaje, planificar los dias y presupuestos. With my best friend, since we started hive, we invest all our income in traveling around our country. I am absolutely grateful for all the beautiful places I was able to access thanks to having my remote job which allowed me to travel and also continue creating content to share here and thus finance the next destination. And on top of that, share the experience with my best friend. Even though I no longer had time to write, with that intention I was traveling and photographing everything. We went to Rio Negro and Neuquen, destinations that we already knew on our own but that we enjoyed together ♥ I love traveling, organizing the trip, planning the days and budgets. You can read about our trip on Lau's blog but I will post about it in the near future.

Junio, un mes de muchas emociones.
June, a month of many emotions.
Luego de volver del viaje comenzaron las clases, algo que tiene el marketing digital es que se utilizan muchas plataformas y cada una tiene su propia interfaz, a pesar de que las logicas sean las mismas. La clase en la cual me anoté era para manejar a la perfeccion los anuncios de Google. Esos anuncios que aparecen primeros cuando haces una busqueda especifica.
After returning from the trip, classes began. Something that digital marketing has is that many platforms are used and each one has its own interface, even though the logic is the same. The class I signed up for was to master Google ads. Those ads that appear first when you do a specific search.
Con Lau habiamos organizado un viajecito en tren en San Pedro, provincia de Buenos Aires, para ir a pasar su cumpleaños en un lugar hermoso. Organizamos todo el viaje, y marchamos hacia allá. Lo que ella no sabia es que yo estaba organizando a sus espaldas que nuestras amigas vayan de sorpresa a pasar su cumpleaños junto a nosotras. La verdad que fue super estresante porque para que todo salga bien yo tenia que MENTIRLE con supuestos altercados que ibamos teniendo sobre nuestro viaje y ella no paraba de darme SOLUCIONES jajaja por suerte, todo salió hermoso la sorpresa salió a la perfeccion, ella no lo podia creer ♥
With Lau we had organized a little train trip in San Pedro, province of Buenos Aires, to go spend his birthday in a beautiful place. We organized the entire trip, and we headed there. What she didn't know is that I was organizing behind her back for our friends to go as a surprise to spend her birthday with us. The truth is that it was super stressful because for everything to go well I had to LIE to her about alleged altercations that we were having about our trip and she kept giving me SOLUTIONS hahaha luckily, everything turned out beautifully, the surprise came out perfectly, she couldn't do it believe ♥

Pero amigos, lo mejor llegaria exactamente ese dia... El 2 de junio del año 2023 a las 13hs sucedió aquello por lo cual vengo esperando desde que era una pequeña pre-adolescente de 13 años...TAYLOR SWIFT ANUNCIÓ THE ERAS TOUR EN LATIONAMERICA. 15 años de espera, y aun no lo puedo creer, mientras escribo ésto y lo recuerdo me emociono jaja. Me hubiese encantado que mi amiga me tome fotos en ese momento porque me quedé tildada mirando el celular con las manos en la cara sin poder creer que era cierto, iba a suceder, como sea iba a ver a Taylor Swift en vivo en River Plate. Spoiler: si, fuí al show.

Dias mas tarde me encontraba batallando en una fila virtual junto a 3 millones de swifties de toda latinoamerica que querian asistir al show. Tuve muchisima suerte de conseguir entradas en la mejor ubicacion para mi mejor amigo y para mí ♥

En Argentina en julio festejamos el día del amigo, asi que con mi grupo de amigos que mantengo desde la escuela nos preparamos nuestros outfits rosados y nos fuimos al cine a ver Barbie.
In Argentina in July we celebrate Friends' Day, so with my group of friends that I have had since school we prepared our pink outfits and went to the cinema to see Barbie.
En éste punto del año tuve que tomar una decision. Todo era maravilloso, pero los ingresos de mi trabajo como community manager ya habian quedado atrasados, por lo cual le comenté a mis empleadoras sobre un aumento en mi sueldo y ellas me comentaron que no iba a ser posible. Paso a explicarles, en el año 2023 tuvimos elecciones presidenciales, por lo cual la economia se volvió un caos. Por lo cual tenemos que ajustar fuertemente nuestros bolsillos. Por ende, para un pequeño negocio como el centro de estetica no le era rentable tener a una empleada a cargo del area de redes sociales, ellas se organizaron y siguieron haciendolo por su cuenta. Por mi parte yo me puse a buscar empleo en paginas de empleos freelance pero la gran mayoria buscaba estudiantes con certificados oficiales, cosa que yo no tenia. Asi que tomé la decision de comenzar a vaciar mi billetera aquí en hive y pagar con mis ahorros un curso en un instituto privado y muy prestigioso en el area.

Everything was wonderful, but the income from my job as a community manager had already fallen behind, so I told my employers about an increase in my salary and they told me that it was not going to be possible. Let me explain to you, in 2023 we had presidential elections, which is why the economy became chaos. Therefore we have to tighten our pockets tightly. Therefore, for a small business like the beauty center it was not profitable to have an employee in charge of the social media area, they organized themselves and continued doing it on their own. For my part, I started looking for a job on freelance job sites, but the vast majority were looking for students with official certificates, which I did not have. So I made the decision to start emptying my wallet here at hive and pay with my savings for a course at a private and very prestigious institute in the area.
Agosto, mitad de año.
August, mid-year.
Al comienzo de agosto ya estaba anotada para comenzar en el instituto. Pero me sentía algo decepcionada por haber perdido el trabajo en el centro de estetica por lo cual me anoté en un nuevo curso de community manager para mantenerme en aprendizaje. A su vez me comentó una compañera que ella se habia anotado en una cursada de e-commerce. Me anoté tambien ahí. Estos nuevos 3 cursos se sumaron al de google ads que habia comenzado en marzo.... Rapidamente me di cuenta que habia puesto expectativas muy altas. Mi carga horaria semanal se habia vuelto un caos, cursaba diferentes materias todos los dias, en diferentes horarios, con diferentes actividades a realizar de una semana para otra, 4 proyectos en simulataneo y los animos por el suelo. Ademas, no tenia ingresos, asi que me anoté en todas las ferias barriales posibles para ir a vender mis tortas y tartas dulces que sumado a una economia que me obligaba a modificar mis precios semana a semana.
At the beginning of August I was already signed up to start high school. But I felt somewhat disappointed at having lost my job at the beauty center, so I signed up for a new community manager course to keep myself learning. At the same time, a colleague told me that she had signed up for an e-commerce course. I also signed up there. These new 3 courses were added to the Google Ads course that had started in March.... I quickly realized that I had set very high expectations. My weekly workload had become chaos, I was taking different subjects every day, at different times, with different activities to do from one week to the next, 4 projects at a time and my spirits were in tatters. Furthermore, I had no income, so I signed up for all the neighborhood fairs possible to go sell my cakes and sweet tarts, which added to an economy that forced me to modify my prices week by week.
A pesar de todo, nos ibamos de la feria con todas las tartas vendidas. Eso me hacia muy feliz, la gente nos reconocia y volvía a comprarnos. Incluso mandaban a sus familias y amigos a comprar porque sabian que si no se apuraban se iban a quedar sin porciones ♥
Despite everything, we left the fair with all the cakes sold. That made me very happy, people recognized us and bought from us again. They even sent their families and friends to buy because they knew that if they didn't hurry they would run out of portions ♥
Época primaveral
spring season
Septiembre vino acompañado de recitales. Mis amigas y yo fuimos todas juntas a ver un recital de nuestra banda favorita MIRANDA al Luna Park un emblematico estadio cubierto en el centro de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Ésta banda estuvo re-grabando sus temas mas conocidos con artistas invitado de la nueva era y los invitaba a participar de los shows. Para nuestra mala suerte en la fecha en la que asistimos nosotras no hubo ni un solo invitado jaja nos reimos de nuestro mal timing porque habian muchas fechas disponibles cuando compramos la entrada.
September came accompanied by recitals. My friends and I all went together to see a concert by our favorite band MIRANDA at Luna Park, an emblematic covered stadium in the center of the city of Buenos Aires. This band was re-recording their best-known songs with guest artists from the new era and invited them to participate in the shows. Unfortunately for us, on the date we attended there was not a single guest haha we laughed at our bad timing because there were many dates available when we bought the ticket.
