Hello, friends, foodlovers, and community greetings! I hope all of you are doing well and having a good time with your dears and nears. Last week, after my festival, we were traveling unknown culture, language, and food was quite challenging. The ingredients with unknown language were difficult to understand what they were. so took it very easy and ate the food where the ingredients were clearly listed. we enjoyed our trip, but I am spoiled with homemade food As soon as I came home today after resting, I made very simple food for us. sharing with you. Making tikki masala Ingredients $1 1 onion 1 tomato 2 tbsp chopped coriander

$1 Homemade vegan tikkiya/Protein cubes

$1 1 tsp crushed ginger garlic 1 tsp curry masala 1/4 turmeric 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds

$1 1.5 tbsp oil

$1 In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry protein tikkies on medium heat. After they change golden color, remove them from the skillet and keep them aside.

$1 In the same skillet, add 1/2 tbsp oil. Add crushed ginger garlic, stir until aromatic Add mustard and cumin seeds, stir them well. Add onion slices

$1 stir them until translucent

$1 Stir in tomato slices.

$1 Add chopped coriander

$1 then salt, curry masala, and turmeric.

$1 Stir until the tomato is soft, add 1 tbsp of water and cook until it starts releasing oil.

$1 Add tikkies and carefully coat them in masala without breaking them.

$1 Cover and cook for around 2 minutes, and it is ready.
Making dal is very easy and quick

1 cup massor dal 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 tbsp coriander 1/4 turmeric 1 tsp salt 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 pinches of hing or asafoetida 1 tsp crushed ginger garlic 1/ 2green chili. 1 tsp oil Any vegetable if you like. Wash 1 cup masoor dal/red lentils thoroughly, add 1 small chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, salt to taste, and 1/4 tsp turmeric. I put some potato slices which left over from the sides when I cut slices of potatoes for potato fry. It cooks very fast. $1 In another small pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and crushed ginger garlic. When the garlic and ginger start smoking, add them to the cooked dal.

$1 Peel and slice potatoes. Coat with appropriate salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Sprinkle sufficient semolina on and shallow fry, brushing oil on them.

$1 Potatoes are also ready in 5 minutes.

Rice 1 cup to 2 cups of water high to low heat cooking process.
