Hello, friends, food-lovers, and community greetings! Today I made my fusion food, an Aubergine steak. Please don't think I always make experiments and post them here. I do make experiments, but when they really turned out tasty and appetizing, I post them here. This one looks very simple, but it was tasty. Ingredients:

$1 2 aubergines 1 small cauliflower 1 green paprika 1/2 lime juice 1 onion 7-8 sprigs of coriander 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp turmeric 1tsp red chili powder 1 tsp salt 2 boiled potatoes 2 tbsp tahini 200 grams of spinach 1 tbsp ginger garlic mince.

$1 Cut each aubergine into halves. Then make some cuts on the skin side, making a diamond cross. Mix salt and turmeric. Fill all the aubergine cuts with turmeric and salt. Keep them aside. $1 Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces, and chop them into fine mince.

$1 Make fine mince of onion, paprika, and coriander.

$1 Here we have all the ready ingredients except spinach and tahini, which I added at the last moment.

$1 warm 1 tbsp. of oil in a skillet then add the minced ginger and garlic. Add onion, paprika, and coriander paste/mince. Stir well. Add all powdered spices to the onion, stir well until the rawness of the onion and paprika disappear. $1 Add minced cauliflower, stir well. Add salt, coriander, and juice of half a lime. stir well, keep on low heat to avoid burning. $1

Peel and grate the potatoes directly into the mixture of cauliflower and onion, stir, and this mixture is ready.

$1 Now we have the veg mixture, aubergine, and spinach to finalize the recipe.

$1 Using a kitchen towel, wipe extra water from the aubergine. and fill them with the veg mixture thoroughly.

$1 Place the spinach on the bottom of the baking tray. Set all filled aubergines on the spinach. pour 1/2 spoon of tahini on each aubergine. Spread the leftover mixture around the aubergines. Rinse the bowl with 2 tbsp. water and add to the tray. $1 Bake at 200 C in a preheated oven for around 15 -20 minutes.

$1 They are ready. serve with rice or pita bread, or any flat bread.

$1 Rice, aubergine steak, cooked spinach, and a few slices of tomato and cucumber from salad.

Thank you very much for stopping by. See you soon, take care.
