Carefully drop one coated sivri piece at a time in the hot oil,
I dropped two at a time
and fried on both sides.
Here they are ready.
making rice is not a big process. Just wash rice. If you take 1 cup of rice, add 2 cups of water to it and cook high to low heat. (After the boiling point, the heat has to be reduced step by step until the rice is cooked.) It takes around 10-12 minutes, depending on which rice you use. I added a few green peas to it because my husband collected them from the garden. It takes around 10 minutes. This is some indian rice called masuri rice. Basmati will take 2-3 minutes extra.
Some carrot and cucumber on the side. That's all. An easy, quick, and delicious dinner is ready.
Thank you for now see you soon. Take care :)
