Whenever we think about a library, a picture usually comes to mind: a large, impressive building filled with rows of bookshelves neatly organized, reading benches, some musical instruments, videos, pictures, CDs, and everything related to knowledge. You might imagine a person sitting at the reception who looks like a true bookworm, constantly handling books. This is the typical image of a library.

Greetings, friends and community, hope all of you are doing well and enjoying quality time with your dears and nears. today, I would like to introduce you to a Norwegian library and how it stands out. Norwegians are very social and intelligent. They prioritize infrastructure for schools, sports, and colleges, providing the necessary resources and opportunities for students. The library is not just a standard library; it is a luxurious space with a variety of activities and numerous facilities. Recently, we had a bureaucratic discussion, and the person we were supposed to meet suggested that we hold our meeting in Drammen, a large town that is not very close to our location. It takes us about an hour to drive there.

Drammen is centrally located along the Drammenselva River and is known for its beautiful river promenade and the iconic Ypsilon Bridge. The city has a vibrant cultural scene with concerts and festivals, and it is home to Norway's largest and most beautiful swimming pool. Drammen also has an interesting history; it previously served as the residence of the governor and was considered Norway's unofficial capital for a period.

The title of "best city" is subjective and depends on individual preferences. There is no official definition for this title, and people may have different opinions. Some emphasize a city's architecture and natural surroundings, while others may prioritize culture, activities, or a combination of these factors. After visiting this place, I realised all this in my one visit. I have never been here. We passed through this town, We arrived there a little early. One problem is there it is very hard to find a parking place if you are not familiar with this town, and it happened to us; it took a long time to find parking. But it was good, it was just a 7-minute walk to the library. Drammen Library is located in the center of Drammen on Papirbredden, in the same building as the University of South-Eastern Norway, and the building stands on the riverbank.

$1 I don't have any full photo of this building from the other side of the river, so I took this from Wikipedia to show how big the library is and how it looks from a distance. https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drammensbiblioteket

$1 The library looks like this from the outside at the main entrance. It is known as Papirbreddena, part of Kunskapsparken.
After the paper industry closed down, it was built into this huge building, but these towers are one of the remaining original Union Paper industrial buildings. $1

$1 We sat there in one of those cabins, which was on the ground floor, where reception, cafe, and meeting places, plus internet connections to use your own devices. $1 After our long discussion, I went around to see the whole building, but it wasn't possible because some area was closed due to fewer activities $1

Everybody likes to sit in these kinds of places for reading or increasing their knowledge. Everything was clean, neat, and well organised.
