Los Helados de Açai. (Euterpe oleracea). [Esp/Eng].

En esta ciudad de Boa vista, son las siete de la noche, la condición del clima es palpitante porque las lluvias se presentan repentinamente. Obviamente, que tengo mi paraguas en la mochila. Salgo de mi hogar a realizar unas compras al supermercado. A pocos metros de la calle está una plaza, me acerco a ella para mirar la heladería. Tengo la necesidad en el paladar de saborear un helado de açai. Estoy impulsado por la investigación de conocer la calidad de este fruto de la selva amazónica de Venezuela, Brasil y Colombia. Qué maravilla es estar con estar centrado con la sintonía del conocimiento de los frutos que son productivos en Brasil. > In this city of Boa vista, it is seven o'clock in the evening the weather condition is throbbing because the rains are coming suddenly. Obviously, I have my umbrella in my backpack. I leave my house to do some shopping at the supermarket. A few metres down the street there is a square, I approach it to look at the ice-cream parlour. I have an urge on my palate to savour an açai ice cream. I am driven by the research to know the quality of this fruit from the Amazon rainforest of Venezuela, Brazil and Colombia. How marvellous it is to be in tune with the knowledge of the fruits that are productive in Brazil. ---  ---  --- Me acerco al local con mi Smartphone, reviso el congelador donde están las tinas con los sabores. Solicito la información de la variedad de mixturas de sabores naturales. Tengo la información de los sabores y decido por una barquilla de Açai con nutela. Que tal esta mezcla, es un ejemplar el color del açai con el chocolate. Es de apreciar que esta plaza tiene una confección arquitectónica paisajística. Es notable que la arborización fue creada para que esté cubierta con plantas de esta región amazónica. Pero lo extraordinario es que aquí en la avenida Mario Homem de Melho esta plaza tiene como principal planta la palma de Açai. (Euterpe oleracea). Se le conoce como “la fruta que llora”. > I go to the shop with my Smartphone and check the freezer where the tubs with the flavours are. I ask for information about the variety of natural flavour mixtures. I have the information about the flavours and decide on an Açai bar with nutella. How about this mixture, the colour of the açai with the chocolate is exemplary. It is to appreciate that this square has a landscaped architectural confection. It is remarkable that the trees were created to be covered with plants from this Amazonian region. But the extraordinary thing is that here in the avenue Mario Homen de Melho this square has as its main plant the Açai palm (Euterpe oleracea). It is known as ‘the fruit that cries’. ---  ---  --- En Venezuela, esta planta se le conoce como manaca. Es particular en el delta del Orinoco y la zona selvática de la Amazona venezolano. It is also found in the southern part of the Colombian Amazon. Es un placer poder disfrutar de este delicioso helado de açai o manaca con nutela.
