When the fish is fried, I take it in a bowl.

- Onion crush and green chilli crush

- Ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, dried chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, white cardamom, black cardamom

Once the onions and peppers are fried, add the powdered spices and the pickled spices and cook the spices well with a little water.

Then the fried rui fish should be mixed well with the cooked spices.

Then I will cook it again for a while and mix it well with the spices.

Then I will add a little water to the curry and cook it well.

Then when the cooking is done I sprinkle a little hot spice powder over the curry.
