### Saludo hivers. Desde hoy queremos abrir un espacio para mostrar a los miembros propietarios que diariamente trabajan para agregar valor al ecosistema, cada uno con su talento, habilidades y visión. Pero que sin duda, muestran un compromiso en cada una de las interacciones que dejan plasmadas en la blockchain. Sabemos que cada miembro tiene una historia que contar, un antes y un después de llegar a Hive, para algunos su primer encuentro justo en esta nueva era digital, para otros, es simplemente encontrar en Hive todas las respuestas que requerían como entusiastas tecnológicos.   En esta ocasión, queremos conocer la historia que hay detrás de @mamaemigrante, un hiver con residencia en Argentina que ha ido forjando un camino en la blockchain, es moderadora y/o curadora de las comunidades Hive Argentina, Tattoo World y La Colmena. Si miramos su blog podremos encontrar diferentes publicaciones que describen su Lifestyle, desde lugares que ya ha visitado en su ciudad natal hasta reseñas de productos y muchas otras cosas. De esta forma nuestra invitada comparte y se conecta con todo nuestro ecosistema. *** Sin más, dejamos con ustedes algunas preguntas y las respuestas que nos dio esta hiver excepcional.  # Hiver: @mamaemigrante ### 1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, otro.) *Soy de Los Teques, Venezuela, pero tengo 7 años viviendo en Buenos Aires. Estudié Comunicación Social, aunque desde que emigré no he ejercido la profesión. Entre mis hobbies están conocer cafés nuevos, viajar y la literatura clásica.* ### 2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión? *Llegué a Hive hace 3 años y medio, gracias a una amiga que seguía mi cuenta de IG y veía que publicaba a diario. En principio vi una gran oportunidad de volver a ejercer la comunicación escrita, generando contenidos más extensos que los que me permitía Instagram.* ### 3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, otro.) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive? *Principalmente está el compromiso de apoyar a quienes realmente comparten contenido de calidad y original, y no solo dar like porque sea "bonito".* ### 4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase o palabra, ¿Cuál sería? *Creatividad.* ### 5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y ¿por qué? *He variado las comunidades que uso con el tiempo. Actualmente publico mucho en Hive Argentina, pues es la comunidad que creamos juntos @palabras1 y yo, además de Lifestyle y HiveFood, pero a veces publico por HomeSolutions y Beentrepreneur.* ### 6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora? *Logros hasta ahora ha sido ser moderadora de dos comunidades y buscar la forma de hacerlas crecer dentro del ecosistema. Además, alcanzar el rango de delfín luego de 2 años y medio. Aunque no he logrado las insignias del año, suelo publicar casi todos los días. Y el más reciente es llegar a tener 10 K de HP.* ### 7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios? *Además de los códigos de MarkDown, deslastrarse de la estructura periodística que trabajaba previamente fue un gran reto en mis inicios.* ### 8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive? *Particularmente tengo la meta de llegar a ser orca en 4 años más. Creo que en Hive vale mucho la calidad, creatividad y la constancia, además de la colaboración con otros autores. Cuando logras hacer crecer tu colmena particular, todo el sistema también crece.* ### 9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando? *Para empezar, creo vital aprender sobre el "cómo hacer" antes de lanzarse a ciegas a compartir contenidos, pues Hive no se trata de solo colocar información e imágenes, sino también de aportar valor, y eso se logra cuando sabes qué hacer y qué no.* ### 10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿Qué le dirías para convencerlo? *Primero tendría que evaluar a quién le hablaría sobre Hive, ya que no todos se comprometen a largo plazo en los proyectos, y cuando vienen las épocas de sembrar se retiran, pues solo desean cosechar. En todo caso, creo que el convencimiento debe ser para generar la continuidad. Aprender a "perder" y sacar lo bueno de lo malo es lo que debemos entender cuando estamos dentro del ecosistema.* ### 11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? On this occasion, we want to learn about the story behind @mamaemigrante, a Hiver residing in Argentina who has been forging a path in blockchain. She is a moderator and/or curator of the Hive Argentina, Tattoo World, and La Colmena communities. If we look at her blog, we can find different posts describing her lifestyle, from places she has visited in her hometown to product reviews and many other things. In this way, our guest shares and connects with our entire ecosystem. *** Without further ado, here are some questions and answers from this exceptional Hiver.  # Hiver: @mamaemigrante ### 1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.) *I'm from Los Teques, Venezuela, but I've been living in Buenos Aires for seven years. I studied Social Communication, although I haven't practiced the profession since I emigrated. My hobbies include discovering new cafes, traveling, and classic literature.* ### 2. How did you find Hive and what was your first impression? *I came to Hive three and a half years ago, thanks to a friend who followed my IG account and saw that I posted daily. At first, I saw a great opportunity to return to written communication, generating more extensive content than Instagram allowed me to.* ### 3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive? *Mainly, there is a commitment to support those who truly share quality and original content, and not just give likes because something is “pretty.”* ### 4. If you had to define Hive in a single phrase or word, what would it be? *Creativity.* ### 5. Which communities do you post or interact with most often, and why? *I have varied the communities I use over time. Currently, I post a lot on Hive Argentina, as it is the community that @palabras1 and I created together, as well as Lifestyle and HiveFood, but sometimes I post on HomeSolutions and Beentrepreneur.* ### 6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far? *My achievements so far have been moderating two communities and finding ways to grow them within the ecosystem. Also, reaching the dolphin rank after two and a half years. Although I haven't earned any badges this year, I usually post almost every day. And the most recent is reaching 10K HP.* ### 7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started? *In addition to MarkDown codes, breaking away from the journalistic structure I had previously worked with was a big challenge when I started.* ### 8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem? *Personally, I have the goal of becoming an orca in four years. I believe that quality, creativity, and consistency are very valuable in Hive, as well as collaboration with other authors. When you manage to grow your own hive, the whole system grows too.* ### 9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out? *To start with, I think it's vital to learn the “how-to” before blindly jumping into sharing content, because Hive is not just about posting information and images, but also about adding value, and that is achieved when you know what to do and what not to do.* ### 10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them? *First, I would have to assess who I would talk to about Hive, as not everyone commits to projects in the long term, and when the time comes to sow, they withdraw because they only want to reap. In any case, I believe that persuasion should be aimed at generating continuity. Learning to “lose” and take the good from the bad is what we must understand when we are inside the ecosystem.* ### 11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro?
