### Saludo hivers. Saludos, estimados hivers. Traemos un nuevo episodio, cada semana hemos leído historias increíbles que nos han vuelto más empáticos, a través de diferentes testimonios hemos abierto una puerta para develar experiencias y aprendizajes de vida. Hoy le dedicamos este espacio a @omarcitorojas, un hiver que forjado una gran trayectoria en la blockchain. Hemos pedido observar su pasión por el deporte, convirtiéndose en un referente e inspirando tanto aficionados como atletas profesionales. También es reconocido por ser uno de los fundadores de la comunidad Hive Sucre, pionero del Proyecto de Criptoadopción en el estado.   *** Ahora disfruten de esta entrevista.  # Hiver: @omarcitorojas ### 1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.) *Soy TSU en Informática y Lcdo. En Educación. Nací en Maturín estado Monagas y como saben me encantan los deportes. De igual manera escucho música, cocino y puedo pasar un día entero viendo películas jejejeje; además, me encanta estar en el mar. Los que me conocen saben que soy una persona amable y que le guste apoyar a los demás; para adelante para lo que salga.* ### 2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión? *Llegue a Hive gracias a mi hermano, porque su esposa ya estaba en este mundo y me habló sobre ello. Sinceramente nunca pensé que lo que me decían era real; que se podría ganar alguna recompensa por crear contenido; de verdad hice como Santo Tomas ver para creer, jejeje. Ahora; en un principio me ofrecieron a Hive como red social, pero como uno es autodidacta, empecé a descubrir que no era así  porque Hive está lleno de un mundo de posibilidades.* ### 3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive? *Lo que veo más importante es la seguridad, uno mismo controla su cuenta y es responsabilidad de nosotros que la seguridad sea completa. Por otra parte; el derecho que tenemos a la propiedad digital es grandioso, aquí somos dueño de nuestro contenido y nuestra cuenta.* ### 4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería? *Hive ha sido y es, mi bendición descentralizada.* ### 5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué? *Cuando inicié era puro fulldeportes; de hecho ellos son mis mentores.* *Sin embargo; me he diversificado así que publico e interactúo en:* *-Fulldeportes* *-Hive Book Club* *-The anime realm*  *-Geekzone* *-Movies & tvshow* *-Amazingdrinks* *-Worldmappin* *Básicamente, estas son las que más frecuento.* ### 6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora? *Sencillamente; mi mayor logro y del que siempre estaré orgullo, es el de formar parte de la comunidad Hivesucre y el de participar en el grandioso proyecto de activar negocios para que acepten nuestras monedas nativas.* ### 7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios? *Para mí fue un poco difícil navegar por Hive y aprender a crear contenido. Este tema parece fácil; pero desde mi punto de vista, hay que concentrarse muy bien para que las ideas fluyan.* ### 8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive? *Lo que deseo es que el ecosistema siga creciendo y que a través de la participación en algunos proyectos, yo esté inmerso en ese crecimiento.* ### 9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando? *El consejo que normalmente se da a las personas que inician; es que sean originales, constantes, que estudien el ecosistema y que no se dejen vencer por más difícil que sea el comienzo. De hecho; las personas nuevas, hoy en día tienen más ayuda de la que nosotros tuvimos al comenzar.* ### 10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo? *Que aquí; sencillamente hay un mundo de posibilidades donde puedes hacer lo que te gusta, puedes demostrar tus habilidades y descubrir otras que creías no tener; y no hablo solo de crear contenido, hablo del mundo de posibilidades que ofrece el ecosistema.* ### 11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido? *Realmente no he tenido experiencia directa con ustedes; sin embargo, con frecuencia he tenido mucho apoyo de su parte. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.) *I have a degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Education. I was born in Maturín, Monagas state, and as you know, I love sports. I also listen to music, cook, and can spend a whole day watching movies, lol. Plus, I love being at the beach. Those who know me know that I am a kind person who likes to support others. Let's move forward with whatever comes our way.* ### 2. How did you find Hive and what was your first impression? *I found Hive thanks to my brother, because his wife was already in this world and told me about it. Honestly, I never thought what they were telling me was real; that you could earn rewards for creating content. I really was like Saint Thomas, seeing is believing, hehehe. Now, at first, Hive was presented to me as a social network, but since I am self-taught, I began to discover that this was not the case because Hive is full of a world of possibilities.* ### 3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive? *What I see as most important is security. You control your own account, and it's our responsibility to ensure that security is complete. On the other hand, the right we have to digital property is great. Here, we own our content and our account.* ### 4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be? *Hive has been and continues to be my decentralized blessing.* ### 5. In which communities do you usually post or interact most frequently, and why? *When I started, it was purely Fulldeportes; in fact, they are my mentors.* *However, I have diversified, so I post and interact in:* *-Fulldeportes* *-Hive Book Club* *-The anime realm* *-Geekzone* *-Movies & tvshow* *-Amazingdrinks* *-Worldmappin* *Basically, these are the ones I frequent the most.* ### 6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far? *Simply put, my greatest achievement, and one I will always be proud of, is being part of the Hivesucre community and participating in the great project of activating businesses to accept our native currencies.* ### 7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out? *For me, it was a little difficult to navigate Hive and learn how to create content. This seems easy, but from my point of view, you have to concentrate very hard for the ideas to flow.* ### 8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem? *What I want is for the ecosystem to continue growing and for me to be immersed in that growth through participation in some projects.* ### 9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out? *The advice that is usually given to people who are starting out is to be original, consistent, study the ecosystem, and not give up no matter how difficult the beginning may be. In fact, new people today have more help than we had when we started.* ### 10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them? *That here, there is simply a world of possibilities where you can do what you love, demonstrate your skills, and discover others you didn't know you had. And I'm not just talking about creating content; I'm talking about the world of possibilities that the ecosystem offers.* ### 11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it? *I haven't really had any direct experience with you, but I have often received a lot of support from you.
