Además, es un ejemplo a seguir, ella es muy activa en la plataforma y siempre nos alegra con sus mensajes llenos de sabiduría y amor. Nos encantó entrevistarla y que nos nutriera con su experiencia, sabios consejos y su amabilidad. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.) *Saludos amigos de Hive y comunidad de Hispapro, estoy muy agradecida con @ramisey por acordarse de mí e invitarme a contar un poco sobre esta mezcla de experiencias entre Hive y sacra97, espero que les agrade la entrevista.* *Soy María Sacramento Tornero Pérez y seguramente poco conocida como @sacra97. Se ve clarito de donde salió mi Nick, es parte de mi segundo nombre y cuando mi hijo me ayudó a crear la cuenta me dijo que había varios números libres, por pura casualidad escogí el 97, fecha de un gran encuentro familiar. Soy de Venezuela, vivo en Barcelona, estado Anzoátegui, hija de padres españoles de un pequeño pueblo Archena (Murcia). Tengo una mezcla de las dos culturas: la venezolana y la española. Estudié Psicopedagoygia, porque quería ayudar a mi hermano más pequeño y especial, trabajé por 18 años en Educación Especial.* *En la actualidad sigo trabajando, con mis 65 años a cuestas, en la empresa familiar, vendiendo repuestos de lavadoras, neveras, cocinas y aires acondicionados. Sigo cuidando de mi jardín, de mis mascotas y cocinando. Tengo tres hijos y en la actualidad dos están en España y uno me acompaña en el trabajo.* *Tuve varios hobbies; el coleccionar estampillas o sellos, fue al que dediqué más tiempo y tengo gran cantidad de ellos, aunque ya no recibo muchas cartas. Y sentarme a tomar una buena taza de café, mientras agradezco por un nuevo día.* ### 2.- ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión? *Tendría que contar cómo llegué primero al mundo de las criptomonedas, el espacio que ya nadie quiere nombrar; la otra cadena.* *Llegué a Hive de la mano de mi hijo el menor. Un día llegó a la casa y me dijo que me tenía un lugar en internet para que yo escribiera mis historias, cuentos y que de paso me iban a pagar. Yo no le creí ¿le pregunté quién me iba a pagar por contar mis tonterías? Me ayudó a crear la cuenta con parte de mi segundo nombre y una fecha de reunión familiar que era especial. Me dio las indicaciones para el primer post de introducción pero me decía que no podía contar cosas muy personales y específicas.* *Me emocioné con los primeros votos, luego todo fue un nuevo aprendizaje. No sabía los códigos para maquetar y yo quería que se viera bonito como otros posts que yo leía. No conocía las etiquetas. Así que me dediqué a buscar posts para aprender. Así llegué al espacio de Topfamily, allí @lanzjoseg, profesor y amigo de mi hijo y de mi sobrino me orientó mucho. Lo molestaba a cada rato con preguntas.* *Yo no entendía de donde salía el dinero que pagaba y mantenía la cadena en movimiento. Llegué a pensar que era una estafa piramidal. Hoy en día entiendo un poquito más.* ### 3.-¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive? *Cada red social fue creada para llenar una necesidad, para mi Facebook me recuerda los cumpleaños de los viejos amigos. Instagram me entretiene con sus historias. Tik tok la tengo pero ni la abro. X me da información rápida y me sirve para reclamar fallas en los servicios.* *En Hive como red social encuentro a personas afines donde coincidimos con las mismas inquietudes y necesidades.* ### 4.-Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería? *Hive es mi mejor compañía.* ### 5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué? *Me encanta experimentar en diferentes comunidades, creo que he visitado y escrito en muchísimas de ellas, por el simple hecho de aprender y compartir, creo que no me gusta limitarme y aburrirme con siempre lo mismo. Yo tengo en mi mente mi programación, a veces tengo que variarlas un poco por algún contratiempo de luz, cansancio o simplemente el tema no me gusta, eso puede pasar.* *En Topfamily soy moderadora, bueno eso trato de comentar, orientar y votar a los participantes, tienen dos concursos Concurso. "Observa, Piensa, Escribe" y los jueves "Concurso TBT: una foto, una historia, un día de esos", donde siempre estoy presente, no estoy tratando de venderles la comunidad pero vale la pena darse una vuelta por sus retos que nos mantienen activos en la semana escribiendo, no somos muy grandes.* *Participo en Ladies of Hive, @ladiesofhive, una comunidad de damas que tiene un concurso semanal y espacio para temas femeninos.* *El espacio Freewriters de @freewritehouse para escritura diaria y concurso de letras en inglés.* *EmpowerTalent, @talentpower, en encuentro de talentos tiene un concurso semanal de la mano de @angelica7 con excelentes temas de reflexión y personales.* *En el espacio de @holos-lotus me encuentro con diferentes iniciativas para la semana, temas de reflexiones sobre el crecimiento personal, analizar nuestras ideas y aportar soluciones.* *Cuando disfruto de alguna película o serie me gusta pasar la información en Movies & TV Shows o en CineTV.* *Y como último y no menos importante, Hispapro de la mano de @yonnathang y los moderadores que nos mantienen en contacto y aportando para el crecimiento de Hive.* ### 6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora? *He tenido varios encuentros con hivers en mi ciudad y es tan agradable darle voz a un rostro que leemos casi todos los días. Es maravilloso y me llena de mucha emoción conocerlos en persona.* *Me propuse lograr ahorrar en HBD y ha sido un gran logro poder tener esa reserva. Ha sido gratificante el aporte que logro y así reparar mi hogar con cada post cobrado.* ### 7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios? *Aprender que el votar y comentar tiene un límite en los comienzos; porque no tenemos gran capacidad, nuestro voto está limitado. Me acababa el poder de voto muy rápido, tuve que aprender a moderarme. También el maquetado me tomó un tiempo para aprender.* ### 8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive? *Yo quisiera que durara para siempre, me parece parte del futuro, pero no sé si Hive tiene un límite. Las cosas cambian, se inventan nuevas tecnologías, la vida evoluciona, así que Hive tendrá que adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos. Constantemente están entrando nuevos participantes, que aportan entusiasmo y nuevas ideas. Yo quisiera que todo el mundo estuviera dentro de Hive, pero comprendo que no es para todo el mundo.* ### 9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando? *Cuando le doy a la bienvenida a los nuevos hivers, porque yo me tomo el tiempo para revisar a los nuevos que entran, les digo que los más importante es encontrar la comunidad donde se sientan cómodos para escribir y que se diviertan al hacerlo. De nada vale hacerlo a la fuerza, sin ganas y solo por el interés monetario, a la larga se cansarán porque Hive tiene sus altas y bajas.* ### 10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo? *Allí lo digo de verdad he fracasado, he intentado explicárselo a varias personas y no logro convencerlas de entrar, a la final terminé enviándoles la información de forma general para que ellos mismos la lean. A muchos les he explicado que esto me ha ayudado en diversas formas, no me hace millonaria pero de que me ayuda, me ayuda de verdad.* ### 11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido? *Me encanta esta pregunta, la vi que la agregaron y que tenía lógica ya que es seguramente un proyecto de @ramisey y @yonnathang para dar a conocer a participantes, delegadores, administradores y todo aquel que aporte crecimiento, algo así como que arrime el hombro a Hispapro y que agregue su granito de arena. Que importante es pertenecer a una comunidad, porque la vuelve uno su casa, a donde llega a saludar a su familia. Me gusta acompañarlos en los programas de curación, hacer el aporte de 1 hive a Hispaplus para el Hispaud, que creo que lo he ganado tres veces ya. She is a moderator for Top Family, where she does an excellent job guiding and adding value to the community.  *** We hope you enjoy this interview too.  # Hiver: @sacra97 ### 1.- Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.) *Greetings, friends at Hive and the Hispapro community. I am very grateful to @ramisey for remembering me and inviting me to share a little about this mix of experiences between Hive and sacra97. I hope you enjoy the interview.* *My name is María Sacramento Tornero Pérez, and I am probably better known as @sacra97. It's easy to see where my nickname came from; it's part of my middle name, and when my son helped me create the account, he told me that there were several numbers available. By pure chance, I chose 97, the date of a big family gathering. I am from Venezuela, I live in Barcelona, Anzoátegui state, and I am the daughter of Spanish parents from a small town called Archena (Murcia). I have a mixture of both cultures: Venezuelan and Spanish. I studied educational psychology because I wanted to help my youngest and special brother. I worked for 18 years in special education.* *Nowadays, at 65 years old, I continue to work in the family business, selling spare parts for washing machines, refrigerators, stoves, and air conditioners. I still take care of my garden, my pets, and I cook. I have three children, two of whom are currently in Spain, and one who works with me.* *I had several hobbies; collecting stamps was the one I devoted the most time to, and I have a large collection, although I don't receive many letters anymore. And sitting down to enjoy a good cup of coffee while giving thanks for a new day.* ### 2.- How did you come to Hive and what was your first impression? *I would have to tell you how I first came to the world of cryptocurrencies, the space that no one wants to mention anymore; the other chain.* *I came to Hive through my youngest son. One day he came home and told me that he had found a place on the internet where I could write my stories and tales, and that they would pay me for doing so. I didn't believe him. I asked him who was going to pay me for writing my nonsense? He helped me create an account using part of my middle name and a special family reunion date. He gave me instructions for my first introductory post, but told me I couldn't share anything too personal or specific.* *I was excited about my first votes, and then everything was a new learning experience. I didn't know the codes for formatting, and I wanted it to look as nice as other posts I had read. I didn't know the tags. So I set about looking for posts to learn from. That's how I came across Topfamily, where @lanzjoseg, a teacher and friend of my son and nephew, gave me a lot of guidance. I bothered him constantly with questions.* *I didn't understand where the money I was paying came from and how it kept the chain going. I even thought it was a pyramid scheme. Today I understand a little more.* ### 3.-What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive? *Each social network was created to fill a need. For me, Facebook reminds me of old friends' birthdays. Instagram entertains me with its stories. I have TikTok, but I never open it. X gives me quick information and helps me report service failures.* *On Hive as a social network, I find like-minded people who share the same concerns and needs.* ### 4.-If you had to define Hive in a single sentence, what would it be? *Hive is my best company.* ### 5. In which communities do you usually post or interact most frequently, and why? *I love experimenting in different communities. I think I've visited and written in many of them, simply to learn and share. I don't like to limit myself and get bored with always doing the same thing. I have my schedule in mind, but sometimes I have to change it a little due to a power outage, fatigue, or simply because I don't like the topic. That can happen.* *At Topfamily, I'm a moderator. Well, I try to comment, guide, and vote for the participants. They have two contests: Contest. "Observe, Think, Write" and on Thursdays "TBT Contest: a photo, a story, a day like that," where I am always present. I'm not trying to sell you on the community, but it's worth checking out their challenges that keep us active during the week writing. We're not very big.* *I participate in Ladies of Hive, @ladiesofhive, a community of women that has a weekly contest and space for women's issues.* *The Freewriters space at @freewritehouse for daily writing and English writing contests.* *EmpowerTalent, @talentpower, in a talent gathering, has a weekly contest run by @angelica7 with excellent topics for reflection and personal expression.* *In the @holos-lotus space, I find different initiatives for the week, topics for reflection on personal growth, analyzing our ideas, and contributing solutions.* *When I enjoy a movie or series, I like to share the information on Movies & TV Shows or CineTV.* *And last but not least, Hispapro, led by @yonnathang and the moderators who keep us in touch and contribute to the growth of Hive.* ### 6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far? *I have had several encounters with Hivers in my city, and it is so nice to put a face to the names we read almost every day. It is wonderful and very exciting to meet them in person.* *I set out to save HBD, and it has been a great achievement to have that reserve. It has been rewarding to contribute and repair my home with each post I earn.* ### 7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out? *Learning that voting and commenting has a limit in the beginning; because we don't have a large capacity, our vote is limited. I used up my voting power very quickly, so I had to learn to moderate myself. It also took me a while to learn how to format posts.* ### 8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem? *I would like it to last forever; I think it's part of the future, but I don't know if Hive has a limit. Things change, new technologies are invented, life evolves, so Hive will have to adapt to the new times. New participants are constantly joining, bringing enthusiasm and new ideas. I would like everyone to be part of Hive, but I understand that it is not for everyone.* ### 9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out? *When I welcome new Hivers, because I take the time to review newcomers, I tell them that the most important thing is to find a community where they feel comfortable writing and have fun doing it. There's no point in doing it by force, without enthusiasm, and only for monetary gain. In the long run, they'll get tired of it because Hive has its ups and downs.* ### 10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them? *I have to admit that I have failed in this regard. I have tried to explain it to several people and have been unable to convince them to join. In the end, I sent them general information so they could read it for themselves. I've explained to many people that this has helped me in various ways. It doesn't make me a millionaire, but it really does help me.* ### 11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it? *I love this question. I saw that you added it, and it makes sense since it's surely a project by @ramisey and @yonnathang to introduce participants, delegators, administrators, and anyone else who contributes to growth, something like lending a hand to Hispapro and doing their part. How important it is to belong to a community, because it becomes your home, where you come to greet your family. I like to accompany them in the healing programs, contributing 1 hive to Hispaplus for Hispaud, which I think I've won three times already.
