Welcome to this Sunday review of the #samebutdifferent challenge. This week's theme was bus stops.
This time, we received three entries (hoping I didn't miss anyone):
@vvodjiu described a bus stop in the city of Iloilo in the Philippines. It's an interesting structure, and I appreciate how he detailed its changes over time. https://peakd.com/hive-174812/@vvodjiu/iloilo-citys-waiting-shed-a-piece-of-local-history-amidst-urban-progress
@hairyfairy showed us two bus terminals in Brno (CZ) https://peakd.com/hive-184437/@hairyfairy/nadrazi-predsine-mesta-stations-gates-to-the-city-samebutdifferent-challenge
and @pavelsku presented several typical and less typical bus stops across the Czechia. https://peakd.com/hive-174812/@pavelsku/more-than-just-a-place
Thanks to everyone who participated in our challenge, and I want to remind you that the evaluation doesn't end the topic. We'll be happy if you send articles about previous themes:
1 - milk and dairy product sales
2 - mailboxes
3 - bus stops
Tomorrow I'll announce new themes and on this occasion I'd like to introduce two changes:
1) I'll always announce themes not just for the current week but for the following week as well. The goal is to give potential participants more time to work on the announced themes. It still stands that no theme is definitively closed, and you can always write articles for previous topics.
2) I discovered that some frontends (specifically Ecency) have issues with hashtags longer than 15 characters. So besides #samebutdifferent, you can also use the simpler hashtag #sbd to tag articles.
