## Sed gratamente bienvenidos al lugar de encuentro para Hivians en España
Tenemos el gusto de presentar la nueva comunidad: Hive España. Un espacio abierto, basado en el respeto y la tolerancia, en el que poder relacionarnos mediante experiencias e intereses comunes, que además, nos permitan organizar encuentros divertidos y eventos educativos, para promocionar la plataforma Hive dentro de España, pero sobre todo, para conocernos personalmente.
Hace semanas que teníamos muchas ganas de compartir este proyecto, por el que un pequeño grupo de usuarios establecido en el territorio español, hemos decidido unir esfuerzos y crear esta comunidad, con el propósito de proporcionar un espacio de encuentro para los usuarios de Hive que residen en España, o tienen vínculos con este país, y animar a sumarse a todo el que quiera apostar por esta idea, para que juntos hagamos crecer, de forma orgánica y responsable, el ecosistema de Hive en España.
Para esto consideramos importante contar con un equipo que tenga experiencia y fiabilidad dentro de la plataforma, pero cualquier usuario que quiera aportar ideas, organizar actividades o ayudar en la integración de nuevos miembros será más que bienvenido, así que hacemos una invitación a quienes deseen colaborar con el desarrollo y crecimiento de la comunidad, pues queremos que este sea un proyecto colaborativo y sostenible en el tiempo.
## Objetivos de la comunidad El principal objetivo de Hive España es servir como un punto de encuentro para los usuarios de Hive en España, fomentando la interacción dentro de un marco de respeto mutuo, donde los miembros puedan conocerse, intercambiar experiencias y fortalecer los lazos dentro de la comunidad. Facilitar la organización de eventos, tanto en línea como presenciales, que permitan fortalecer la interacción entre los usuarios, generando redes de contacto y colaboración. Apoyar a quienes se inician en la plataforma, guiándoles en su proceso de aprendizaje y ayudándoles a integrarse en la comunidad de manera efectiva. Mantener la comunidad activa en el tiempo, permitiendo que la gestión sea colaborativa y apostando por el crecimiento sostenible de la [Comunidad Hive España 🇪🇸](https://peakd.com/c/hive-118864/created) y la cuenta @hive-spain mediante el staking de las recompensas totales. 
## Reglas de publicación en la comunidad Aunque no seamos un proyecto de curación de contenidos, invitamos a los usuarios a que compartan en la comunidad aquellas publicaciones que tengan relación con España, en especial de sus encuentros presenciales. **Para esto sugerimos que publiquen en sus comunidades favoritas y lo compartan aquí mediante cross-post.** De este modo serviremos de espacio en el que coincidan experiencias publicadas en cualquier comunidad de Hive. Visitaremos las publicaciones originales y trataremos de darles el máximo apoyo, aunque no garantizamos upvotes. No contamos con patrocinadores ni tenemos como objetivo obtener ganancias por medio del proyecto. - Idioma principal el español, se aceptan publicaciones bilingües. - Se acepta cross-posting. - Contenido original: no plagio, no spam, no IA, no reciclaje. - Respeto mutuo entre miembros. - No se toleran discursos de odio. 
## Equipo La comunidad Hive España es un proyecto de equipo. Desde el inicio queremos que las decisiones sean consensuadas teniendo en cuenta el bien común. Introducing Hive Spain community 🇪🇸
## Be pleasantly welcome to the meeting place for Hivians in Spain
We are pleased to introduce a new community: Hive Spain. An open space, based on respect and tolerance, in which we can relate through common experiences and interests, which also allows us to organize fun meetings and educational events, to promote the Hive platform within Spain, but mostly to get to know each other personally.
We've been eager to share this project with you, since a few weeks ago. Together, a small group of users established in Spain, we have decided to join forces and create this community, with the purpose of providing a meeting place for Hive users who live in Spain, or have bonds with this country, and encourage anyone who wants to support this idea to join us, so that together we can grow the Hive ecosystem in Spain, in an organic and responsible way.
For this, we consider it important to have a team that has experience and reliability within the platform, but any user who wants to contribute with ideas, organize activities, or help in the integration of new members will be more than welcome, so we invite those who wish to collaborate with the development and growth of the community because we want this to be a collaborative and sustainable project over time.
## Community goals The main objective of Hive Spain is to provide a meeting point for Hive users in Spain, promoting interaction within a framework of mutual respect, where members can get to know each other, exchange experiences, and strengthen ties within the community. Facilitate the organization of events, both online and in person, that allow to strengthen the interaction between users, generating contact networks and collaboration. Supporting those who start on the platform, guiding them in their learning process, and helping them to integrate into the community effectively. Keep the community active over time, ensuring that management is collaborative and betting on the sustainable growth of the [Hive Spain Community 🇪🇸](https://peakd.com/c/hive-118864/created) and the @hive-spain account through the staking of total rewards. 
## Community posting rules Although we are not a content curation project, we invite users to share in the community publications related to Spain, especially their face-to-face meetings. **We suggest posting in your favorite communities and sharing it here by cross-posting. This way we will create a space where experiences published in any Hive community can meet.** We will check out original posts and try to support them as much as possible, although we do not guarantee upvotes. We have no sponsors and we don't aim to make a profit through the project. - Main language Spanish, bilingual publications are accepted. - Cross-posting is accepted. - Original content: no plagiarism, no spam, no AI, no recycling. - Mutual respect between members. - Hate speech is not tolerated.
