Required Ingredients...

🍀 lotus root 200g.
🍀 1 Onion.
🍀 Two or three cloves of garlic.
🍀 About 3 green chili pods.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A tomato.
🍀 A piece or two of pandan.
🍀 1 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of fenugreek seed.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.

Method of making....

First, take the lotus root and peel off the outer skin. Then, slice it thinly into round pieces. Wash them well and clean thoroughly.

Next, finely chop the onion, garlic, green chilies, and tomatoes.

Next, place them in a cooking pot, add a little water and salt, and heat until boiled. Once boiled, remove from the stove.

Next, place another pan on the stove and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once heated, add fenugreek seeds, garlic, and onion, and allow them to sauté slightly. Then add curry leaves, tomatoes, and green chilies, and mix well. Add the spices and let them sauté for a short while.

Now, add the boiled lotus root pieces and mix well.

Now, add the coconut milk and mix well. Cook for about 4 minutes, then remove from the stove
