Good Evening to All Hive Friends, Today, I prepared a snack that is perfect for tea time or a relaxing moment. It was truly a new experience for me. Simple ingredients can lead to extraordinary results, and this recipe proves it. Using just two potatoes and a cup of wheat flour, I created this delicious snack that pairs perfectly with a warm cup of tea, making the moment even more special.

Required Ingredients...

πŸ€ 1 cup of wheat flour. πŸ€ 2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed. πŸ€ 3 tablespoons of boiled and mashed chicken. πŸ€ Coconut oil for frying. πŸ€ A little chopped garlic and ginger. πŸ€ A green chilli pod finely chopped. πŸ€ A few finely chopped curry leaves. πŸ€ A piece of finely chopped tomato. πŸ€ 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder. πŸ€ 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder. πŸ€ Salt as needed. πŸ€ Some water.

Method of making....

1 Step.

Take a pot and add about 2/3 cup of water. Place it on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Once it starts boiling, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and mix well. Simultaneously, add the wheat flour to the boiling water and mix thoroughly until it forms a smooth dough. Set the dough aside to cool.

2 Step. Next, place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, chili powder, salt, pepper, and minced meat. SautΓ© the mixture well, stirring thoroughly to combine all the flavors. Cook until the ingredients are well blended and the meat is cooked through.

3 Step. Next, take a flat surface suitable for rolling, such as a cutting board or rolling mat, and sprinkle a little flour on it to prevent sticking. Place the prepared dough on the surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out evenly until it is thin and smooth. Untitled-2.jpg

Step 4.

Next, take the prepared filling mixture and spread it evenly over the rolled-out dough. Ensure that the filling is distributed in a thin, consistent layer, as shown in the images below.

Step 5. Roll the dough carefully with the filling inside, forming a tight roll as shown in the images below. Once rolled, use a knife to cut the roll into evenly-sized pieces, creating spiral-shaped slices. Untitled-2.jpg

Step 6. Take a pan and add enough coconut oil for frying. Heat the oil and carefully fry the slices until they turn a golden brown color. Once fried, place them on an oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil. Your snack is now ready to serve! Untitled-3.jpg
