i am someone that I observed people's character and behavior as a bases for their IQ and also to help me relate with them better, so I'm able to relate with any body based on their personality and IQ level.
over time this has helped me developped and sustain a healthy relationship with all manner of persons, right from time i knew that there is a well defined gap between Age and maturity, I have lived relate with this experience and it's not far fetched.
Also from my observation of people based on my findings I've come to place some level of respect on their character but if for some a person falls below my expectations body them then I know they're not matured.
I expect a matured person to behave in a certain way and also accord him or herself some respect, remember respect same as trust is not demanded it is earned, so genuine respect is earned generally how you carry yourself tells a lot on you and the level of respect you command, so it's not a matter of age but maturity.
my people would say age is just a number and its true, that's why these statements A Fool At Forty Is A Fool Forever why is that so, because at that age it is expected that a person must have learned a lot from his or her experiences in life and from those experiences act, behave differently.
Experiences has a lot of role to play in our lives outcome, life has a personal teacher and that's experience, somehow as you grow and age this teacher will along the line teach you certain basic principles that you must know, and so it is only necessary that you grab this as you go, but the case were someone just do not care and live life carelessly then it will become obvious that that person is only aging and there's no sense of maturity in them.
because of what I have observe people do I came up with a nugget that says,
Maturity is knowing what to do and doing what you know
for me this is how I know that someone is matured through their actions and inactions , knowing what to do and actually doing what they know, i have come to realise that in life what's keeping people in one place or one key reason why people don't just do so much and well is simple we all know what to do but doing what we know is the problem and thats were maturity comes in
in conclusion Age and maturity are two separate entities , a child of 10 years old can actually behave more better and can outsmart a man of 40years old, meanwhile it is expected that the man of 40 should know better behave well and should have a reputable character based on his experiences in life especially when compared to the boy of 10 obviously this is the sad reality we see in life. were we expected so much from the old men with grey heir in political offices or any other level in life but reverse is the case its really saddening and heart Breaking.
