It's November, the month dedicated to world. breast cancer and mental health awareness, these tiny little killers are somehow hidden somewhere unnoticed in your body at first everything looks normal and okay but deep down its not okay, thats why it is advised that every once in a while go do a medical check up eat healthy, choose to live smart, avoid certain toxic substances like smoking or inhaling toxic chemicals into your body that have the capacity to damage your system.
to live healthy and long is a matter of decision backed up by our choices and actions, when was the last time you did some checks to know your health status....
in this week's post initiated by @joanstewart from the @ladiesofhive community, I'd focus on our mental health awareness, because this epidemic is silently taking over our world, in my area everyday I see mentally challenged people and I can only imagine what's wrong how did they get to thus stage that everything thing went off guard, I can only imagine how once happy, normal, okay they were before now, what happened.
its either they have taken some hard substances that are very harmful to their health and have affected their brains functionality making them go insane.
everyday life can really be challenging, several many things come our way making us over think things, worries and anxiety becomes the new norm, we do not know the effect of these in our everyday life, we re mentally stressed without knowing, atimes our brain sends us signals about this with some break down in our system telling us the body needs rest but no we do not pay attention overworking ourselves rushing to meet deadlines without listening to our mental wellbeing.
this post is engineered to trigger your mind to pay close attention to your mental well-being, ever once in a while pause and reflect. don't heap too much workload on yourself than you can carry , take a break, pause and take breather, go on a vacation allow your brain relax too, once in a while shut down everything and just be yourself, the world will not stop should anything happen to you, take care of you as much as you can, remember health is wealth, as you go about chasing money pls do not leave your mental health behind cause everything centres on it.....
