Cebu Filipino Hivers make up most of the active Filipinos on Hive. They also bring in a lot of new users from the Philippines.
I've set the beneficiary to this post to @reward.app for faster liquidation of funds which will be used to send help to survivors. A follow up report on how the funds were used will be published at a later date.
