Happy start to the week to all our Hivers friends, sharing a new post here in the #gems community, this time about how we emptied the living room floorboards on Friday and tried to make them as even as possible, as they had some imperfections that needed to be fixed before installing the porcelain.

Let's just say it wasn't high enough to correct in many places, but in others it was about 5 centimeters high. Since we didn't have much space available to mix the concrete, we mixed it in the mixing room and loaded the entire mixture (sand and stones) into construction buckets for greater ease. In total, 28 buckets were used for two bags of cement, along with water, until we reached the top of the round shape that forms, allowing us to mix it much more efficiently.
>Digamos qué no tenía mucha altura para corregir en muchas partes pero en otras si eran alrededor de 5 centímetros de alto. Cómo no teníamos mucho lugar disponible para realizar la mezcla del concreto lo batimos en la sala y era cargar en baldes de construcción el integral (Arena junto con las Piedras) para una mayor facilidad, en total para dos sacos de cemento se colocaron 28 baldes así cómo agua hasta que llegué al tope del redondo qué se forma para batirlo mucho mejor.
Once everything was mixed very well, the first thing was to leave a hard part which is used to make what is called a strip and leave it at the precise height of one meter from the ground and then finish filling everything very well.
>Ya una vez se mezcló todo muy bien lo primero era dejar una parte dura la cuál sirve para qué realizar lo que se denomina faja y dejar a la altura precisa un metro desde el suelo y después terminar de rellenar todo muy bien.
Then we proceeded to add a little more water, making it a little more sludgy so we could fill in the gaps more easily. Then, with the help of a construction brush and an aluminum ruler, my uncle leveled it to the indicated height. It took us almost all day, as we repeated the process six times, so we finished after 3 p.m. It was quite a job, but someone has to do it, especially when we need the money to cover our basic needs.
>Para después proceder a agregar un poco más de agua y dejarla más flojita para así rellenar los espacios con una mayor facilidad. Dónde después mí tío con la ayuda del cepillo de construcción y una regla de aluminio irlo emparejando a la altura indicada nos llevó casi todo el día ya que repetimos ese proceso 6 veces por lo qué terminamos pasadas las 3 de la tarde; un trabajo bastante fuerte pero alguien tiene que hacerlo y más cuándo se necesita el dinero para cubrir nuestras básicas.
