We have learned about all forms of meditation from different sources, and each introduces us to some kind of rules to follow in order to get our minds fixed so to be able to meditate properly. From this preaching, the servant God let us know that meditation is not about those things.
Biblically, meditation is fixing your mind on the law of God, according to the servant of God. when you fix your mind on the law of God and how to do His will, He prepares you or mold you to become a better person, to yourself and to your family, extending it to the church and to people through the power of meditation according to the scripture.
