"For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith": Romans 12:3
Anxiety and depression are products of over-thinking. Being so worried about the future events; I mean any cares of life that keeps you bothered. It could be health issues, It could be marriage plans ( in this case the individual is worried about money), It could be words of threat from another man you are holding conflicts with, or It could even be the case of child bearing; maybe you have been married for long and there have not being a cry of a baby in your home.
While it is common for a man ( talking about both male and female) to be worried, but the scripture made us know that God knows our problems; _"You have taken account of my worries", Psalm 56:8._ Listen to me:D; God has said this and twice I have heard. Listen! It doesn't matter how troubling the problem is. If it is about your marital home, His word says; _"He setteth solitary in families and delivered they that are bound in chains: psalm68:6"._ You don't have to be depress about family or baby making, because your father is a baby maker.
God knows all our worries. You are only worried about what you can not do. And if these are the things you can not do by yourself , then why being worried? When you have a father who doeth all things even more abundantly above all we have ever asked for, according to the power that worketh in us: _Ephesians 3:20._ Haleluja!

Amen! brethren I must say that depression and anxiety doesn't solve issues. Instead of being depress and anxious about anything, why not develop an attitude for thanksgiving and pay your vows, then call on him in the days of trouble and he will deliver you: Psalms 50:14-15. Depression and anxiety are anti-scriptural productivity. Therefore engage in consistent thanksgiving To God, and see how your life will change for good. Amen!
