Hello dear Hive community!
Today I went on a mountain called Krn, located in the Julian Alps in Slovenia. Despite the cold, this sunrise was one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen.
I woke up very early today and started my hike to the biggest mountain in my area that is 2244 meters high. The hike was interesting with clear stary sky in the early morning. I was almost alone there and only met two people.
During the walk I observed a lot of birds flying above me and even spot few dear hidding in the big grass.
After 3 hours I reached the mountain cabin, which is sadly still closed and openes in June. I still wanted to have a warm cup of coffee, therefore I brought my gass stove and enjoyed some. I must say, it tasted even more delicious!
The weather was fantastic for catching the sunrise. Even though we are in May and it's spring, on top was still very windy and cold.
