Gelatina de Melocotón🧡 [ESP/ENG]

Ingredientes: 4 paquetes de gelatina de durazno. Leche condensada. 1 lata de melocotón en almíbar. 1 litro de agua fría. 1 litro de agua hervida.

Ingredients: 4 packages of peach jelly. Condensed milk. 1 can of peaches in syrup. 1 liter of cold water. 1 liter of boiled water.

Preparación/Preparation:

1- En un envase colocar el agua hirviendo, agregar los paquetes gelatina de uno a uno y mezclar hasta que ésta esté completamente disuelta.

2- Seguidamente adicionar el litro de agua fría y seguir mezclando.

Then add the liter of cold water and continue mixing.

3- Dejar reposar la gelatina hasta que se enfríe.

4- En una tabla de cocina cortar todos los melocotones en cuadros medianos y reservar en un plato.

5- Cuando la gelatina ya esté fría, añadir una lata de leche condensada (397 gramos) y mezclar bien.

6- Posteriormente incorporar los melocotones (tratando de que lleven la menor cantidad de líquido posible) y llevar a la nevera.

Nota: Es importante mezclar de 2-3 veces la gelatina antes de que solidifique, porque si no se hace, quedaría como resultado la leche condensada en el fondo, la gelatina en el medio y arriba los melocotones. Y claramente, lo que se quiere es que todos los ingredientes estén juntos.
