Dentro de los factores más fuertes de la crisis que atraviesa Venezuela está la escasez de alimentos. Durante los últimos 5 años los estrictos controles del estado, la inflación y los cientos de casos de corrupción en el sector alimentario ha llevado a que la población venezolana se vea obligada a hacer largas filas para obtener productos de primera necesidad que anteriormente se encontraban yendo al supermercado como en cualquier país normal.
The shortage of food is among the strongest factors of the crisis that Venezuela is going through. During the last 5 years the strict controls of the state, the inflation and the hundreds of cases of corruption in the food sector have led to the Venezuelan population being forced to make long queues to obtain products of first necessity that previously were going to the supermarket like in any normal country.
"Dos Harinas Por Persona" viene de las situaciones que se dan a partir de la crisis alimentaria, donde una de las más comunes se da cuando llega la popular harina P.A.N, una harina de maíz pre-cocida que representa la base de la dieta del venezolano y se forman colas gigantes para comprarlas, pero no puedes comprar las que quieras, son solo dos persona.
