Greetings How are you friends, good news of course. Thank you Picture A Day Community. Some time ago, I stopped by in Cirebon city, west Java Province. Cirebon city has many old building architecture.
One of which is the old building, namely British American Tobacco or abbreviated as BAT. The location addess is pasuketan street number 1, Lewahwungkuk, Cirebon city.

British American Tobacco was built during the Dutch Colonial era around 1924. The architecture is in the Art Deco style, which was popular at time. The cigarettes factory employed around 2000 native workers producing white cigarettes.
The production was exported to India, the Netherlands and other countries. But in 1963 after indonesia independence, ownership was taken over by indonesia.
In 2010, the cigarette factory stopped production until now, but the historical building is still maintained and has become a cultural heritage building.
The roof of the building used a pyramid, at the peak of the roof there is an element as a lightning rod and with paint dominated the building.
