Hope everyone is going great.Today i am here to share with you guys a cute minion keychain that i crocheted today.
This was my first weekend in my hostel after my university opened.Last weekend,i went to my home because i was feeling so homesicked.This weekend was very boring and i spent most of me time procrastinating.So i decided to crochet something for myself.
This keychain is in my to do list for a long time now.I always wanted to try it and it turned out as I expected it to be.
Usually,i would have given it to my sister but she completed her graduation so now i don’t know what i am gonna do with it.Guys,i have never showed my crochet project to anyone nor used them myself cause when someone approaches me and asks me about how i learned to crochet,or do you take any orders,i get so anxious they almost give me an anxiety attack.
Anyways taking about the minion i used my 4ply yarn and 3mm hook.Started with 8sc in mgr,then i did inc,then 1inc and 1sc then 2sc 1inc for first 4rows.
Then for the 10rows,i repeated the same pattern which was sc in each stitch.Then i did decrease and added polyster and closed the head.
Then i added a band on the head using grey color.I did 38sc and then 37sc in the chain and sewed it to the head.
Then i made the eyes which was the hardest part honestly.I didsc in mgr then inc then did sc and inc in flo.This was not the hard part.The hard part was making the black circles in the middle.Firstly,i tried to make those with needle but i couldn’t get it so i did mgr and sc but it was not sitting down properly on the eye.I really gave me a hard time and now i have decided to buy magic eyes cause i am not really good with needle.
When i was struggling,my roomates were staring in my soul and i nearly forgot how to crochet.Having roommates will be that difficult i never imagined that.I feel so shy in front of them.I always have my headphones on just to avoid interacting.Anyways,i am getting used to it and this is how my minion turned out

I am trying to crochet more but i just can’t hold my crochet hook in front of people.My hands start shivering.I need to socialize more i guess.
