Hello Travel Lovers! It's me again, Hy! How are you today? I wish you a very productive and enjoyable week.
Da Lat is an extremely beautiful city located in Lam Dong province, in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, and there is extremely beautiful scenery. In today's article, I would like to introduce you to a very beautiful cloud hunting site, Cau Dat tea hill, where there is a tourist-exploited campus to serve visitors to visit and hunt clouds, called the Cau Go ( Wood Bridge).
Chè Hill Cau Dat is located in Truong Tho village, Tram Hanh commune, Da Lat city, about 25km from the city center. This is an ideal spot for cloud hunting because here in hilly terrain, the probability of cloud hunting in the morning is about 70%. In order to hunt for clouds here, you have to wake up early if you come from the city center, around 4: 00 in the morning you have to wake up, then go to the toilet and go to the Cau Dat. If you don't want to wake up early, the best option is to choose a hotel or homestay located in the Cau Dat area and wake up in the morning just riding a motorbike into the cloud hunting area. Since we stay at the homestay in the center of the city, we have to wake up at 4: 00 and go to Cau Dat at 4: 30 am and arrive at about 5: 30 pm. The temperature in Dalat in the morning is about 12-14 degrees, so it is quite cold, plus driving a motorbike so it is also quite an experience in the frosty cold in the early morning. Well, Da Lat it was very early in the morning, when we moved on the road it was starting to light up. After arriving at the Cau Dat tea hill, we moved into the tea hill area. I've been here twice before, and this is the third time I've been back here hunting for clouds.
The Cau Dat tea hill with the third time I went there was a lot of new things, including new roads that were big and wide to go around the tea hill, and in that people put giant wind turbines, the purpose of which was to create the power with those turbines. The image of turbines with huge wind vanes on the tea hill also became a symbol of Da Lat in the last year. Going about two and a half miles inside, we arrived at the cloud hunting site. We buy tickets for 100,000 VND, the service includes keeping the car at the gate, 1 breakfast rate, and 1 water of choice.
When they got there, it was starting to light up, and it wasn't lucky for us that it was cloudless today. But in return, we got to see a beautiful sunrise with a view of the sky turning from orange to red on the East side of a wide sky. If it rained here the previous afternoon, the next morning the chances of you hunting the clouds would be 100%, but unfortunately when we left the day before it didn't rain and so we were not lucky enough to hunt the sea of clouds in this valley. The morning weather here is quite cold and windy, so you have to prepare warm clothes for yourself or you will get cold.
There are also cloud hunting tour services in Dalat, if you book these tours, they will pick you up in the city center by car and drive you to the cloud hunting site. In addition to the wooden bridge cloud hunting area, you can visit the tea hill with wind turbines in the Cau Dat area. And we've discovered very beautiful roads here, with roads running between them, and on either side, green tea, winding roads. I like the most the feeling of driving down a slope, it feels great. These are the pictures that I took at Cau Dat Hill, so let me take a look at the beauty of this place.
Thank you for reading and have a great day!
