Greetings dear friends, welcome to my blog. Today I am once again joining the weekly contest Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Favorite Breakfast. My favorite breakfast is arepa, fried or scrambled eggs, cheese, and hot chocolate. However, due to some health issues, I have to consume dairy products less frequently. So I have other breakfasts that are also part of my favorite repertoire. Eggs are a must; I like to combine them with whole wheat bread.
When drinking natural juice, I like a three-in-one without sugar, and I also include a small plate with some fruit. This breakfast is my favorite because it is very light, easy to prepare, and very healthy.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 40 grams of onion
- 45 grams of tomato
- ½ cup of water
- Salt to taste
For the juice
- 55 grams of carrots
- 40 grams of beetroot
- 2 oranges (365 g)
Assorted fruits
- 65 grams of strawberries
- 55 grams of kiwi
- 40 grams of green apple

Preparation
1.-. Wash the tomato, remove the seeds and peel the onion. Chop everything into pieces, blend with half a cup of water, and pour into a frying pan.

2.-. Season with salt to taste. When the water has evaporated, add the eggs and stir until they are completely cooked.
3.- Prepare the juice. Wash the oranges, cut them in half, and squeeze out the juice.

4.- Wash the carrot and beetroot, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Add all the ingredients to the blender, the carrot, beetroot, and orange juice and blend well until you have a smooth drink.

5.- Wash and cut the fruit, julienne the apple, and slice the strawberries and kiwi.
My favorite breakfast is ready to enjoy.
