What a weather for the day, i feel like tearing up. Cuddling myself with my pillow and getting myself warm with my duvet. It been raining since the early hours of today. Having an urgent reminder call coming through from my to-do-list for the day.
The number of things in my to- do- list is what i don't know if i can climax if for the. The number one thing was to assist my younger one with her transaction in the bank. Th rain starting the day made her moody as they'll will tell their network is fluctuating on a normal, whatever we're going there to will have to be on the basis of trial and that's the only spare day i have to give out. As expected, we walked into the serene and freezing banking hall seeing crowd on a rainy morning, rain can't stop anyone. We patiently in the queue for the to get to our turn and when it finally did, we were told that the school server is having technical issues, that we should check any other branch of same bank or come back some other time.
Come back? I need that question to validate our next coming but i didn't get a response from the desk that attended to us. Walking out majestically on the hold of her hand, i whispered into her ears. Let's check and branch. We got attended to without delay, the face that has been dull all day was overwhelmed with happiness.
I pleaded with to come with to a particular market known as salad market as we were already tired as a result of the stress and the walk. This market is a popular one that deals on fresh veggies situated in the heart of the city but far from my location, whenever i need veggies i patronize a customer in a nearby market, but very difficult to get all i wanted.
I have been directed to a particular person who deals on varieties; seafood, veggies, canned foods, proceeded swallow. But unfortunately she doesn't have what i needed. While she was trying to call on to someone to get, i decided to walk around the market myself looking for what i wanted.
While i was busy looking around my baby girl was engrossed in her phone, maybe trying to calculate our next move. I got my purple cabbage, spring onion, corn for popping, and other necessary i will be needing in the house.
Little did i know she had in mind of relaxing in a popular restaurant for some minutes. Walking out from the market i was just about to stop a tricycle when she said no to me. I kept wondering why, the she said she wanted to grab some snacks from the restaurant before us. "I just want a cup of vanilla ice cream and two pieces of meat pie," she said to me. Then we walked for it and made our payment through the distriator app as they restaurant is listed in the app. Relaxing she wasn't time cautious as she engaged herself into a deep conversation with the person sharing a table with her.
Letting her know, I hurried out to go fix my phone that was faulty. I gracious brought it to her notice that i won't be coming back, rather she should join me when she done with what she was doing.
My phone was buzzing with calls coming from her, trying to know my current location, which i gladly updated her with, then she came to meet up with me. From there we headed home.
More so, getting home i was tired and famished, but the worms in my belly can't understand the language "tired" persuaded me to find my way to the kitchen and tryout this particular dish i have been longing for, i have got every single ingredients needed, so i quickly made something easy and not time consuming for us to try out and eat as it's a dish i haven't tried out before in the house. I called it onion sauce. It was tasty, and something to try out.
I served this sauce of mine with fried yam.
