It's a very difficult situation, infact it's hard to earn in my country. As a business owner, handiwork person and co-operate and do you earn?
As a co-operate worker your salary keeps dripping like water, isn't that a hard way already. While the cost of things keep skyrocketing. A family was promoted twice within two years without increment. Which got him provoked and he had to quit the work. Even when he was at the work the salary doesn't come as at when due. Befores it does it's been all spent and even owing, when it comes it's used in debt settlement. If those in the working force have this experience you can only but imagine the struggle of those graduates in the labour market. There are lots of graduates out there who have graduated for years but no work for them, by chance get any age limit or work experience will restrain them.
While some age who are supposed to retire, keep doing one or two things to remain in service. With all this how will others who are younger and qualified be employed to the job? Earning is a vice versa thing, rotating patronage. When one sector finds it difficult to earn it affects the other. A sector supports the other.
It's awkward how a handiwork will leave the house in the morning and come back after hours spent in the workplace with little or no patronage. Those who earn monthly cry including those who does same daily. It's not easy for anyone in the country.
Furthermore, many who have decided not to be a co-operate worker because of the experiences those have decided to venture into other things, maybe that way it can be made easy but I tell you when it's not easy for a particular sector it can't be for the other the work in paripasue.
My dear friends let's keep on trying our best in making ends meet no matter how we struggle to earn.
